So we went to this Sally's and the difference from the Austin location was phenomenal. The same merchandise, but an entirely different experience. There were half a dozen employees, all friendly and knowledgeable. One woman was advising several people, including my mom, on what type of hair brush would better suit them. That's just one example of how I felt like the staff here went above and beyond my expectations. And by the way, the Sally's discount card is only $5 or so, you get a paper copy, a card, and a key chain card. So, my mom, my sister and I can all get the discounts on tons of items in the store when we're not together. We made back the $5 and more in savings on this trip alone. Very cool.

The…read moreolder woman was rude and seemingly racist towards my cousins that entered the store looking for skincare - to the point where when one of my cousins was trying to try one of the testers, she rushed over to him, took it out of his hands, and instead tried to put it on him herself. She then pointed to another side of the store and suggested he would find things he liked more over there - the cheaper side of the store. She said this to my cousin who knows more about skincare and owns more expensive products than the rest of us. On top of that, we were with with another cousin from overseas. So definitely an embarrassing experience for us. Only wish we had looked at the reviews before visiting. I hope others do the same.
