I am a senior citizen on a limited income and walked away so discouraged. Virgil's team opened the panel, set it back on the track all in 5 minutes for a small fraction of the cost I was quoted. Monday this week I went to them to change two light bulbs Honda quoted over $600. To do. Again it was quick & easy on the wallet. They did not have one bulb for the console but O'Reilly auto parts did & Virgil's team again installed the bulb in no time. They are honest & kind and did not have to do this for me. They could tell the high estimates both times were not warranted. I can tell you if I ever need bodywork on my car they are first place I'm going to. They did a test on my car to determine the cause of the issue, and it ended up being that my back window is loose and needs to be replaced. Instead of going through them, they recommended I go somewhere else directly in order to reduce the cost for myself. They also completely removed the flex tape with no damage to my car and didn't charge me anything. I'm extremely grateful to them and trust their expertise; I would recommend to anyone and will go back without hesitation.

The driver came in and changed out my flat tire with the spare and demanded an overage of $75 based on miles driven. This was a "hidden charge" as I was not previously informed of it. He told me that he was not leaving until he was paid and told me to resolve it with my insurance company. I called 21st Century Insurance and spoke to Kathy Turk who told me that the overage was for the miles and offered zero help. Beware of 101 Towing and 21st Century Roadside Assistance. Don't ever call this towing company. They are rude, discourteous, and unethical.

No towing was needed but they were willing to let me overnight my keys to them, meet the transport driver where my car was parked, and perform the handoff of my car and keys. They provided frequent updates as they coordinated directly with the transport driver and even texted me pictures of my car prior to it being loaded to protect me in the event the transport company accidentally damaged my car during loading or transit. They did all of this for an incredibly reasonable fee. A first class experience that was so good I tipped an additional 50%. Honestly the best experience I've ever had with a towing company.

Then they tried to fix it and they did a shoddy job of it and it was very difficult to get the wheel alignment done by another shop (they don't do that) costing me $264 extra to fix their screw up. They're very nice about everything and tried to fix it but just inexperienced tow driver
