The driver who dropped the car off after picking it up from the yard went the extra mile to make sure it was dropped in a safe place and made sure I was happy. I was told if I pay with debit card or check there is no credit card fee. I used my debit to avoid the extra fee. After the battery was installed the service person says they don't give a written receipts they went paper less and would email me an invoice later. Well they charged me an installation fee of $30 and the invoice has a credit card fee and says payment was by VISA. After much aggravation they reversed the installation fee but wouldn't budge on the visa fee even though I used a debit. The MGR Jim didn't like that I called the auto club and told him they are required to give a receipt at the service call and would be contacting Roy's for this violation. I am not going to be using this company again and hope they start to comply with the Auto Club policies.

He told me that he was not leaving until he was paid and told me to resolve it with my insurance company. I called 21st Century Insurance and spoke to Kathy Turk who told me that the overage was for the miles and offered zero help. Beware of 101 Towing and 21st Century Roadside Assistance. Don't ever call this towing company. They are rude, discourteous, and unethical.

Mario at Camarillo Towing went above and beyond for me…read more I needed to ship my car from California to Georgia and needed someone to perform that handoff of my car and keys to the car transport truck driver. No towing was needed but they were willing to let me overnight my keys to them, meet the transport driver where my car was parked, and perform the handoff of my car and keys. They provided frequent updates as they coordinated directly with the transport driver and even texted me pictures of my car prior to it being loaded to protect me in the event the transport company accidentally damaged my car during loading or transit. They did all of this for an incredibly reasonable fee. A first class experience that was so good I tipped an additional 50%. Honestly the best experience I've ever had with a towing company.
