The shrimp tempura is delicious and has an amazing crunch. The Xiao Long Bao is more of a soup dumpling dim sum style. It was pretty delicious, but it didn't taste really fresh like you'd get from an actual dim sum restaurant. The staff are friendly and fast. Lots of tables to dine at. Parking lot is a bit small, but you can park on the other side of the buildings where there are more parking.

The starter is at least 25 years old and boy howdy, it really packs a punch. So much so, I asked an employee there if they sold starter. I would have bought some to use and grow at home. The pasta was curly and cooked al-dente, as any pasta should be. The pieces of crawfish had a slight, very slight dusting of bread crumbs on them that added a nice texture to the forkful of pasta and creamy cheesiness that is a hallmark of mac n cheese. Needless to say, I managed to finish the contents of the bowl (the plug of bread removed is also served) and about half of the wonderful bread bowl before forcing myself to just stop. The remains were dutifully doggie bagged and brought with me as a snack to be enjoyed on the drive home. I will be in College Station many times over the next four years and when there, Blue Baker is definitely on my list of places to get great bread and a good lunch.
