This review is for the store portion of this business not for the tattoos. I ordered a shirt from this place on 12/10 and on 12/16 I DM'ed them on Instagram asking for an update. I didn't get a reply until 12/21. They said they never received my order I even sent them the screen shot of my order and they still couldn't find it. On 12/22 someone named Milena said she would send me the shirt and as of today (1/1) I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING. I sent multiple messages asking for an update since since 12/22 and I have been ignored since that day. For some reason that I still can't understand Milena told me to call my bank and request my money back. Why would any business tell a customer to report the transaction as fraud but say they will still send me the merchandise Tatu baby might be a great tattoo artist but as a business owner she is trash!!! Whoever she has in charge of her shop is the most unprofessional person I have ever run into. This shop is 100% scam!! They'll take your money and never send you anything. read more

My experience today at End of the Road was awesome! Tattoo Bam Bam one of the nicest and truly skilled artist made my son's first tattoo experience incredibly memorable. The original design of my son's tattoo was...let's just say... lacking for lack of a better word or to too harsh of a word. Bam Bam totally brought the tattoo to life with dimension and great color choice and his line work was great! He also doesn't have a heavy hand. Which is an added bonus. The facilities and location is in West Kendall and has been open for about 4 years. The owner, Tatu Baby was on a popular tattoo show called Ink Masters (season 2) and has really done a great job with her shop. It's beautiful and clean. She's an incredible artist and I saw some of her art work around the shop. I also saw her finish a beautiful back piece today. so far at least 2 tattoo artists from this shop are fantastic artists. Bam Bam was very professional and meticulously clean with his station, needles and ink. And used all great products. Nothing cheap about the quality of the tools and ink that's used. In terms of artistry, experience and professionalism, Bam Bam gets 5 stars... but because this is a review more of the shop it gets 4 until I see the art work from more than just 2 artists. There's no doubt I will be visiting again! Once I do I'll make sure thip update. read more

I definitely recommend taking your business elsewhere! Trying to get in contact with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. They don't respond to emails and/or inquiries via any of their social media platforms, leading me to believe that they truly don't value prospective customers and clientele. Though it looks like they produce quality tattoos (judging from what is shown on Instagram), their professionalism in how they interact is nonexistent and poor at best. read more

I was blessed with the opportunity to meet and get tattooed by Katherine! I fell in lust with her watching Ink Master and in love with her in person! Tatu Baby took her time lettering my back, struggling to make the "Z" in my name live up to her high standards. Tatu Baby worked on my back for almost 7hrs only taking a few quick breaks and lunch. She was a total professional while being sweet and down to earth. I have met other celebrities who let their fame go to their head. This is NOT Katherine! She humored my sense of awe in meeting her and took her time with my ink. Although I was not inked in her new shop (my sitting was at a tattoo convention in Southern California), I felt obligated to write a review raving about one of the hardest working, most talented, beautiful, humble, sweethearts I have ever had the good fortune to meet! I could not recommend Tatu Baby enough! If you are ever fortunate enough to be in the same area as Tatu Baby, make an appt and let her skills shine on your skin! Go someplace else you will thank me... waited over a year to finally get my tattoo. DAY 1... Appointment with Kat aka tatu baby was at 10 am, she showed up at 11:40 without any notice at all. Discussed the design created a drawing then I was informed to leave and come back at 2 since she's taking lunch and "set up". Not my first tattoo rodeo nobody ever takes that long to set up. Didn't start actually tattooing till past 3 pm, keep in mind my appointment was scheduled for 10 am. Obviously was not able to compete the piece in one day so had to come back. Was told to send an email to schedule the next session. Took some serious begging to get the 2nd appointment for something that was half done!!! DAY 2... Appointment yet again was for 10 am. As I'm already driving got a text to come in at 11 instead. Came back at 11, she didn't come in until 12 pm!!! Shows up with a male "friend" who's also and artist. At least now I know why she's 2 hours late. Didn't even ask for permission to have this "friend" sit in the room while she tattoos just make it a fact he's gonna be here and that's it. Just to give you full picture my tattoo was on my hip so half my body is naked. Rushes through the tattoo, it was very clear she's trying to leave for other plans. FOLLOW UP... Tattoo finally heals and there's clearly an area that looks rushed and black since there's no shading just black blob where hair is SUPPOSED TO BE. Texted her directly to get it fixed and guess what... still waiting for any type of response a whole week later. DO NOT RECOMMEND for the price go to someone who knows what's being a professional is. UPDATE: Finally got a response after posting this review from HER MOM asking me to take the review down even offered me a refund and then blaming me for A BAD TATTOO. Safe to say I'm not getting that refund. What a joke. Wonder how many others bad reviews were taken down... read more

I love Till the End Tattoo. My artist was Casanova. He did a lion and flowers piece on my right hip/thigh area and I'm absolutely in love with it. I couldn't have asked for anything better. This tattoo was done in a 4 hour session and considering the amount of detail that was put into it, that's very fast. He also had a very soft hand while tattooing. Considering my only other tattoo is a small Scorpio zodiac sign on my ribs this piece should've took 6 hours. Casanova, Tatu Baby and everyone at Til the End kept checking in on me, making sure that I took breaks if I needed them and asked if my pain levels were okay. They all were also very friendly and energy in there was amazing. I enjoyed this tattoo experience. Yes this tattoo was expensive, but it looks expensive. Nevertheless I came on time and a little intoxicated/incoherent to find out my tattoo artist does not speak English and was 30min late!! His assistant was not there if it wasn't for a random client being there I would not have had someone to translate what I already told him I wanted prior to the tattoo! I was Beyond incoherent I couldn't even pay him before we got started and he still decided to do the tattoo and not what I wanted or for the price I paid for, he left me with a Taurus head! Tried to get more added sober and willing to pay more he did not want to add more for cash just left me unhappy! @frank_martinezo‍Definitely don't recommend him or them! Work is good BUT WAY OVER priced treated me like shit (probably because I was intoxicated but made sure to take the money) JUST UNPROFESSIONAL! Got the rest finished in my home town! I have 4 tattoos that I had done in different parts of the world, the last one I had done here by Cesar. The studio is very clean and modern. Staff is extremely friendly. Cesar is a great artist, he took the time to look at some pictures that I had brought and listen to my concept. He then did research and created several sketches with different ideas. The end result was a tattoo that looks so realistic you would swear it was taken from a photo.
