Hot chicken roll
Kevin B.

Stopped in today to try out the new Australian / Lebanese restaurant, Tilly's Charcoal Chicken, located in the Junction. Aussie and middle east you say? Yes, that is the hook that chef Ian Pope hung his hat on for this place and what can I say - IT WORKS! The wife ordered the Hot Chicken Roll which was pulled charcoal chicken, cultured butter, stuffing, crispy chicken skin and gravy. The chicken cracklins were nice and crispy right out of fryer and the sandwich was solid flavor wise. The only off-putting element was that it appeared to have pesto as an (unlisted) topping which really did not make sense. That was listed as part of the chicken vodka parm roll (which will be the next item I try) but did not belong on this sandwich. I went for the Hot Pita which contained muhumurra (roasted red pepper sauce), pickled red onion, cucumber, radish, green leaves and tahini. My complaint was that the server asked if I wanted feta and some vegetables without telling me that there would be an up charge. To me, that behavior was deceptive at best and I did not appreciate it. We got a side of the fries with chicken salt and they were a fantastic choice and neither of us (well me) could stop eating them. Ambiance was fine - clean, with clean lines, liked the feel of the place but really did not like the music. International techno pop type sound that we could have done without. Great new addition to the food scene here in Park City. Four stars for the deception on the upsell and for the strange topping on the sando. Will we return? You betcha.

I am so happy that this place opened in Kimball Junction! My boyfriend and I came on a Sunday afternoon after skiing in Park City, and this really hit the spot. The service is so friendly and helpful when I asked questions. The food is all freshly prepared and you can see it right in front of you. The charcoal oven that they use to roast the chicken is incredible. The price points are super reasonable, especially being in Summit County, and you can definitely get very full with less than $20. As someone who gets really hungry after skiing, I felt that Tilly's did a great job of knowing what their customers would want. I got the charcoal chicken platter for one, and the chicken was so juicy. I would say that because the chicken is on the bone for this dish, it was a little tricky to get all the meat off without using my hands. I liked that I got to choose what salad option I wanted in my platter, and their toum (garlic sauce) was SO delicious with the chicken and pita. My boyfriend got the vodka sauce chicken parm sandwich, and it was hot out of the oven. It was a great portion and had so much flavor-- it was truly memorable. He was shocked by how dang delicious it was. I might want to order that for myself next time, because I tried one bite and had a hard time not taking more bites. There are also many other yummy looking items on the menu, and I am already yearning for the next time we stop by Kimball Junction because I now want to try everything on their menu!

Delicious, fresh, clean, healthy food served up in a casual style cafe. Everything was delicious and has quickly become a go to quick casual healthy dining spot. For all this fresh food the prices are very reasonable as well, especially for the area. I loved their salsa verde and Toum sauces too. Great spot for a fresh healthy salad as well and the hummus was so smooth creamy and delicious as well.

Chicken Vodka parm roll. Extremely tasty.

Best hoagie/sandwich I've had in 6 years in Utah. The chicken cutlet vodka roll. OMG. The bread was incredible in itself but the total package of the hot crispy chicken cutlet, vodka sauce, melted mozzarella and pesto mayo was more than I could have hope for from an Australian chicken shop in kimball junction. I will order this again and again.

Hummus

A much needed addition to Park City! I highly recommend the family dinner option. It has become a family favorite. The chicken is juicy with a light charcoal flavor. The carrots were perfectly roasted and well seasoned. The hummus was light and fluffy but lacked flavor. The pita was fluffy and soft. The cucumber salad was tangy and crunchy. The falafel is one of the best I have ever had. It was well seasoned, soft in the center with a crunch exterior. They did however unfortunately leave out the Muhammara in our order. Will be returning to explore the menu further.

At the same time, they do the "common" stuff really well like kids' food. Great experience through and through. Walking in, you immediately know it's a well-run establishment, there's people moving quickly everywhere and they even have a few to-go areas with coffee stations that seems to be busy. We went during the World Cup and they also had a projector playing one of the games for a cool vibe. They had an amazing menu of commonly found entrees, but with like an elevated twist. Everything from food to coffee was absolutely delicious. Unique flavor profiles and everything just worked. Really cool spot and I would say a must check out if you're in the area.

We tried to sit outside but it was a little cold and windy so we opted for a table inside. The menu is good all options you find at a healthier restaurant. I have always wanted to try shakshuka so I was excited to see it on the menu. My husband ordered an omelet. The food is excellent but I would have changed out the bread for something you can dip out the shakshuka with and I would include lemons with the hot tea. My husband didnt like the potatoes. Service was e collect and the price was good for a resort community. Highly recommend.
