My wife and I came in on Sunday March 1st at 5:42PM to exchange a gift she personally received on January 15th, but the items were purchased in December. What seemed to be the manager was an older woman wearing a glasses and a bun was extremely rude and condescending when I explained to her my situation. Telling me that I should have called or gone on the website online to review information that was not stated on the gift receipt. If there is a specific timeframe on one items need to be brought in for an exchange, then it should be written on the gift receipt. Extremely disappointed with the service. She did not even give me the opportunity to speak my piece. My wife is a preschool teacher and we just recently adopted a dog, so her time has been extremely limited and we finally had time to come in for an exchange. We rarely leave negative reviews, only when warranted. The feeling we got was that she wanted to turn my wife and I away the second we entered the store. Be weary of purchasing from Lucky Brand, they clearly do not care about customer service. You can see how the gift receipt doesn't clearly state how many days we have to exchange the items

Well, I have to admit that if you know why these jeans are popular when you unzip them, there's a phrase. On the pants themselves. The sizes are always correct, they don't vary they are actually true to what the sign says on the label. The jeans last a long time and I purchased quite a few of them. It's just nice to have an actual lucky brand store. That way you can try them on and know what you like. But I've never had a para lucky jeans that I didn't like!

I normally buy Lucky online. It's just super easy and avoids having to fight busy parking lots and mall busyness, but jeans are a different story....for the most part, you really have to try them on for a good fit. While it's on the smaller side, the staff was super friendly and especially attentive at this store so be sure to check it out if you're at the mall.

This is mainly due to never finding the sizes I want in-store or online. It isn't caused by me needing to wear obscure sizes. Quite the opposite and that's the problem. I might find something I like but the items are sold out in my size or unavailable regardless of whether it's full-priced or on sale. I hate even looking through their stores or bother purchasing anything online. It's just disappointing. All the colors or items I want are never available! For instance,I didn't think wanting a shirt in size medium was too much to ask for. Their return process is not at all helpful for the consumers either. So I hesitate to buy anything. The app is clunky and not very user intuitive either. According to my mom, who is a petite woman weighing less than 75lbs and less than 5ft tall, it's the best store ever. She can find all the XXS, XS, and S items that most adults past the age of 8yo cannot fit in. And just with the fact that the sizing itself runs small to begin with already compounds the issues. It's really too bad because the actual textile itself and the designs are appealing and long lasting.

We come to this location whenever my husband needs nice jackets, sports coats, or business attire…read more This weekend we specifically came in to shop for sports coats for upcoming business trips, and we actually ended up purchasing even more because of the great deals available. The main reason we continue coming back to this store is because of Chris. He previously helped my husband and my dad with suits for our son's wedding, and ever since then we always look for him when we visit. My husband is 6'7", so finding the right sizes and fit can be difficult, but Chris is always incredibly helpful, creative, patient, and friendly. He truly provides outstanding customer service. During this visit, while I was walking around the store, I overheard two employees talking about Chris and saying he needed to stay at the register instead of helping customers on the floor. Honestly, that was disappointing to hear because Chris is the one employee who is approachable and genuinely engaged with customers. The rest of the staff often seem inexperienced, unwelcoming, or simply fail to acknowledge customers altogether. We also learned there have been some organizational changes requiring employees to remain behind the registers. With all due respect, employees like Chris should not be restricted from helping customers on the sales floor. He is the reason loyal customers like us continue returning to this location. Otherwise, we would honestly drive to the Inland Empire location just to work with Hamid again, whom we also miss at the Mission Viejo store. While we were checking out, two additional customers were standing there waiting for quite some time without assistance or even acknowledgment. One customer repeatedly asked for help just to complete payment. Honestly, I would have walked out. A simple greeting, acknowledgment, or smile goes a very long way, even during busy times. My feedback would be: * Allow strong customer service employees like Chris to continue helping regular customers on the floor. * Provide additional customer service training to employees. * Encourage staff to be more approachable, friendly, and attentive to customers. Most importantly, we will continue to give high praise to Chris. He represents what great customer service should look like, and quite frankly, some of the staff could learn from him. He would make an excellent manager.

Josh has been there a while and provided excellent service to me. After renting a Tux here last month I wanted to buy the great fitting Tux shirt that came with it because it fit so well. This shirt was in high demand and low supply and the only store with stock was Mission Viejo. Josh and another consultant I did not get his name were able to locate one in my exact size in the back and made it happen!

To me, it looks like the food court and restaurants are what attract the most people. Paradise Bakery & Cafe consistently has the longest line at the food court. I am not surprised because there is something special about it. I love their mini cinnamon roll and my husband is a fan of their peanut butter cookie. A more accurate description would be "the-mall-that-accepts-anyone-as-a-tenant." I'm pretty sure the beauty supply store is a front for a money laundering operation (they are never, ever open), most of the other stores don't stay open until 8pm (and I'm not talking about just the watch/jewelry stores), and there are just a handful of random, funky places in here. All that aside - I don't really come here to "shop" - but it's a great place to mall walk. It's here that I learned mall walking was a real thing. Weekday mornings, you'll see a fair amount of retirees walking the mall, many before it opens. Not going to lie: my husband and I have turned into evening mall walkers. So, thanks, Mission Viejo for giving us a place to walk.. but not necessarily shop. I really think the leasing department needs to look at what would do well with the community, not just be desperate and sign anyone. Look at how other centers are thriving. 2026: 52/100
