    Overpriced items

Well that was underwhelming. I was misled by the star rating. I had the ChiChi omelet - wet and somehow simultaneously rubbery eggs with not even a hint of seasoning. Inattentive staff - not as single top on my drink, despite being right at the bar and paying $3 for a 6 ounce soft drink. Moreover, I ordered the tater tots and got the hoe fries. Not a great impression. Environment is a typical diner - noisy and cluttered. I will not be dining here again.

Went here for breakfast this morning. Very average food. The menu was very small compared to other HangOverEasy's. I ordered the avocado & toast. I thought the guacamole was terrible. The pico, eggs, and toast were decent. I liked the concept of this menu item but it was not good. My boyfriend had the western omelet which he said was decent. Overall, pretty average-below average food.

Always has been an enjoyable experience. Get there before peak hours or be prepared for a bit of a wait. Very friendly, efficient and attentive staff. It has a tendency to be quite loud. The food is good breakfast-brunch fare which of course includes a nice selection of hair of the dog beverages.

Food, Service & Ambiance were amazing! We've tried most of the menu and there isn't a bad item on the menu + service is always on point!

a plate of french fries and a drink

Great atmosphere, but the food is SUPER over priced. Very small $7 drink and $10 "loaded" fries. Idk what they are loaded with, butter and maybe a table spoon of unmelted shredded cheese. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

One friend ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and got a fruity vinaigrette instead. Another friend ordered a burger and they forgot the bacon. A third friend asked for his burger well-done, but it came out medium, also with no bacon. When he asked the server if it looked well-done, she said she didn't know what well-done looks like. He asked if she could get a new one so he wouldn't get sick, and she said she'd check with the kitchen. No apology. It took 25 minutes for the new burger to come out, and by then we had been there for over an hour and a half. When she finally brought it out, she asked if he wanted a box to take it home. Still no bacon on the burger. Also, no apology again. Overall, not a great experience. Will not be back.

The wrap-around bar gives it a welcoming, communal feel--perfect for grabbing a seat solo or catching up with friends. The beer selection is limited, but what they do have is decent, albeit a little on the heavier side. It's the kind of place where you don't need a massive tap list--just a few good options done right. What really surprised me were the wings. Locally sourced and noticeably larger than your average bar wings, they were absolutely packed with flavor--easily some of the best I've ever had. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, with the perfect amount of dry rub. Worth the visit for those alone. If you're looking for a relaxed spot with great food, good beer, and a neighborhood-pub kind of feel, this place delivers.

Let me start by saying: I love Jimmy John's sandwiches. I used to work at a franchise in Columbus…read morefor nearly two years, both as an inshop and a manager, so I know this business inside and out. But this particular location on Court Street? It's a joke--and not the funny kind. I get cravings for these subs maybe two or three times a year, and without fail, there's a 50/50 chance they're out of bread. Bread. The foundation of the entire menu. How does a sandwich shop not have bread? That's like a gas station with no gas. And don't get it twisted--I'm not blaming the workers. I know what it's like behind the counter. I've put in thousands of hours at Jimmy John's and can count on one hand the number of times we ran out of bread. You know why? Because we had competent management. Managers who understood basic prep, who knew how to run a store, who didn't let the place fall apart daily. The fact that this keeps happening means one thing: the management at this location is either completely checked out or totally incompetent. You don't get to say you're "freaky fast" when customers are standing around for 30 minutes waiting on basic prep that should've been done hours earlier. At this point, walking by and not seeing a "We're out of bread" sign feels like a miracle. If I'm this frustrated only showing up a couple times a year, I can't imagine how fed up regular customers must be. The food is great--but none of that matters if the manager can't do the absolute bare minimum to keep the store functioning. Fix it.
