Stopped at this location around 8:30 in the morning on a Monday. Ordered a large coffee with one milk and one sugar. The young lady, taking orders was incredibly nice, however, when she brought me the coffee, she identified that they had mistakenly added a shot of espresso. Not wanting espresso in my coffee, I asked for the coffee I ordered, without espresso. The young lady told this to another associate, who just said "just give it to him". When I said I could not have espresso, they told me that I needed to pull up and they would bring out my coffee to me. Based on their attitude, I could not be certain that the coffee I would get would actually be what I ordered, versus another attempt to get rid of the coffee they already made. read more

Gonna go ahead and pile on. The manager had matted ratty hair and was one of the most rude customer service workers I've ever encountered. I've worked in coffee for 6 years and this is not normal. She interrogated us about what we ordered "what did u order?" -her "2 iced lattes--" -us *she cuts us off* "NO BUT WHAT ELSE?!" -her "a donut and a croissant breakfast sandwich" -us "alright so no egg bites are u sure?" -her "nope just waiting on that sandwich" -us *gives us the sandwich* "yeh ok here BYE"- her. With a massive attitude and was literally yelling at us the whole time. Even told her employee to "stop F-ing yelling in my ear". I can see how this place only rates 2.2 stars. Worst service ever they're focused on the drive-through and let walk in. Customer stand for 10 minutes without even acknowledging that they're there. When they finally decide to take the order, they say they don't have time to make, a bagel with cream cheese. It's 8:49 AM on a Sunday morning on Sunday. Stopped in the drive thru for some Timbits. They only had 4 flavors at the time which was disappointing, but I understood as lots of places have a reduced menu during the pandemic. I've only ever had the Tim Bits from Tim Horton's before, so I was excited to try a breakfast sandwich. For about $8, we got two four cheese bagel bacon and egg sandwiches and two hashbrowns. The bagel was good quality, and the stuff on it seemed real, unlike some places. We also got our order quickly, which was a plus. Hey. Me and my sister came here at 8 am to grab some breakfast. It says on the sign their open at 6am -6pm. Both the doors were locked staff and manager saw us here but didn't open up the door. Ran into an employee while I was here and they said that their probably understaffed. But there are more than 4 employees in there as I look in. Their sign misleads they are not open at 6am. Not even 8am. I am not the type of person to write reviews. But today was just not the day. No hate. But I didn't like the service. read more

I would give it zero if I could. This location is close to my home so unfortunately I continue to use it. The drive through associates are so incredibly rude, roll eyes, and even sigh. They obviously hate their jobs and wow do they make sure you know it. The adults are just as bad if not worse than the younger associates. They suck they barley spoke English I ordered a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese they said 3.45 I get to the window they asked if I ordered a caramel iced cap I said no so I had to tell them 3-4 times what I ordered then they said you're good to go so I checked my bank later they charged me for a drink instead of a bagel mind you I didn't order the drink and it was 4.25 I do not recommend them at all so be careful if you go and check your bank app before you leave and ask for a receipt and also the bagel barley had any cream cheese I was very dissatisfied and will not be going again read more

8/26/15 Update: No redbox on the inside. They get three stars because the staff is friendly almost 98% time (Ive been to this location alone 25+ times but it was before I yelped). Its clean, comfortable, and the service is just fine, and they do have a redbox inside. I enjoy getting a donut with a sandwich, because fries get boring and either way these sides are not healthy, so heck yeah to the donut. Because donuts are always better than fries. Problem with the food is due to corporate decision making at the executive level. While its respectable within the fast food realm, you know its premade packaged good science ingredients that bring it all together. Fast and conveniant for sure but that doesnt make cost cutting for shareholders pockets good for me. Nothing to get excited over, just the food as you'd expect. read more

The worst Tim Hortans experience ever. The employee at the window was not wearing a mask or gloves, my whole order was wrong and everything tasted like it had been left out all day. I contacted them about my visit and it took almost a month for someone to call me back. The manager said she would send out a gift card which i said was fine, 2 months later i have received nothing. Nearly every time I go through this Tim Hortons, there is some kind of problem. I always have to ask for a sleeve for my hot coffee, they mess up my order, or like today, the line moved exceptionally slow and they charged me for the wrong order. It took almost 15 minutes to correct my order and refund me. Management clearly needs significant support. read more

Not at all happy with this location. After stopping here every Sunday for the past 3 years, for 2 years they have removed the bread from our 2 for 4 meals. Today they informed us they will no longer accommodate modifications to our 2 for 4. The other location I went to afterwards had no issues accommodating the request. One of the nicer Tim Hortons we have been to. The exterior and the interior was well taken care of and the fireplace made the place super warm. Our food was excellent and came out under 5 minutes. Their bakery selection was excellent and was fresh. Their farmers wrap was really good. Ashley and the staff were super friendly. I would choose this location if you wanted Tim Hortons. read more

I ordered a variety box of Timbits last Thursday. The container was sealed when I got it and as I was half way done, I noticed multiple ants at the very bottom of the box. I was in my clean car, the box was packed full to begin with, and I only had it for a few minutes. They were obviously directly from the restaurant. I don't usually go to Tim Hortons, but decided to take a chance. This place has the fastest and best morning drive thru of all the local coffee establishments in the area. My orders are repeated back to me, the employees are courteous, my coffee drinks are always full and the Timbits are amazing! I stop here several times a week on the way to work and as other local places continue to disappoint me or not fully fill my beverage, that number will only increase. The Maple latte is tremendous and not too sweet unlike Starbucks' syrupy cup of sugar! read more

This Tim Hortons is probably the best one in the area. They usually always have a fast drive thru and get the order right. The people are usually enthusiastic. They only get a 5 star because it's not the best place to get breakfast. The food is good at best. I cannot complain to much because Columbus doesn't really have any good fast food breakfast places.
