Good coffee. $3.03 for a large. Parking lot has a ton of giant holes. Convenient location off Rt 5 near the lake. Quick at the drive-thru. Will return but everything else is SUPER expensive. Donuts, timbits, sandwiches. Used to get these items but cost now makes it not worth it. Prices climbed during "Covid" and never came back down. Unfortunate. Visited the drive through on a chilly Saturday afternoon for a pick me up. We were lucky that there wasn't a long wait. We were served quickly and coffee orders were hot and correct. Pretty standard experience and what you would expect from here. read more

This is probably one of the smallest Tim Horton's I have ever been in, but it's location along a main busy corridor outside of Buffalo, New York, makes it a convenient stop while traveling. The flow of drive-thru traffic, and the amount of people entering and exiting the shop never came to a halt during my most recent visit, yet it was quite impressive to observe how quickly the orders were taken, prepared, and served. Because of the restaurants design, the service area was frequently blocked due to the amount of people coming and going but all managed to be patient and take their turns accordingly. The food options and quality are slightly above standard fast food places and offers a reasonably priced meal to those who have a limited amount of time available for dining. I was at this location 8/23/23 between 8:15 and 9 o'clock. I waited for 30 minutes while I the staff conversed their male companions while the line grew. After about 20 minutes in the staff picked customer they recognized from the group and prepared his order everyo waiting before him just walked out. We ordered three drinks; orange Tangerine Refresher, too sweet and not mixed correctly, Moch iced capp, all the syrup on the bottom. The best was the the vanilla Latte, when we pulled up to the window we were told to "pull forward' because they cold not find the Almond milk? I'm in the drive-thru here most mornings between 7-8 a.m. Very busy from 7-7:15 a.m. due to Frontier High School not too far away so go early or later if you can. The drive-thru is long, meaning it holds many cars; however, I have tried going in and the drive-thru is almost always faster, even when the car line is backed up out on the street. The staff is friendly and courteous. I order my daily steeped tea, and I have learned to speak slowly, and pause after the word "tea" before I say "milk and sugar". Prior to pausing, I received coffee instead of tea, at least once a week. I still occasionally receive coffee in error, but the trick is to look at the lid. If it is tea, the staff writes "tea" on the lid, if not, it may be coffee. If they make an error, they are quick to fix it. The inside is very small, but there are tables usually open as most people seem to grab and go. read more

I don't usually stop at a coffee shop but when I do there are certain things I expect......speedy service, accurate orders, good coffee and/or baked goods, clean surroundings and consistency. Here, it always has been an adventure as to the type of visit it will be. My order here has never been right. Even after answering the same questions twice, it is always wrong. The staff here doesn't really seem to care about the customer. When you're here you get the feeling that you are disturbing their day. Even the coffee is inconsistent. Sometimes it seems fresh, other times burned. I will never again waste my time stopping here for anything. Thank God there are other more reliable locations available read more

Ever try to get a hash brown as your side at this location, good luck. They are out of hash browns more often then not. 50/50 would actually be an improvement. I can not tell if the employees at this location are willfully ignorant or untrained. Every time I order it's wrong or the coffee is straight acidic. I order two mocha iced coffees with one containing espresso and I was charged for it but received no chocolate or espresso. Worst tim Hortons location ever. read more
