When I opened it (after the recommended few minutes), hot, soupy water spilled all over me and my truck. They definitely need to spend more time training their baristas on how to make coffee drinks. Watch out as this location will randomly close and stay closed for days. Not sure why. If a barista makes your drink wrong the first, and you take it back to the cashier, there is a 99% chance that the next barista will remake it wrong too. It's best to find out by trial and error what drinks are foolproof for them to make. And stick with those. And it isn't just me. If i had a nickel for the number of other people I've observed bringing back their incorrectly made drinks at this location, I could retire.
