First time eating at this place. Kept seeing these Tim Horton locations as we drove around Niagara and we decided to give a try. Did not look at reviews prior but I did do some research on the background of Tim Horton cafes. Out of curiosity and hunger we went this particular location since we were staying near by and we were not impressed at all. It was almost embarrassing to think we were eating this stuff. Not sure if it was a mistake but the picture says it all lol! Prices were way better than Starbucks, however, the quality displays the cost.

Cheaper and in some ways better than Dunkin Donuts. Being from Massachusetts, I have at least 30 Dunkin Donuts within 15-20 minutes of my house.... and not one Tim Hortons. In New York, there are very few Dunkin Donuts and many more Tim Hortons. Point is, I've never been there, as there aren't any near me. Bagels are 25 cents less, and the drive thru moved extremely fast. No problems, and the guy at the drive thru was friendly too!

Awesome coffee and donuts. Soooo much better than Starbucks. Wish we had Tim Horton's in Kentucky!

Always a must stop when on travel. The coffee is fresh and muffins are soft and moist. Don't forget the can of ground on your way out.

After having a 2nd visit to a Tim Horton's, I could see why it's a convenience for some folks, I guess.

Paula's Donuts helped heal me after surgery - seriously. But first, a few words about the best…read moredonuts in the United States. I feel confident that statement is true. These are not featherweight, boring, drive thru chain donuts that never fail to disappoint. The box says they are "made with love" and while I certainly hope the bakers and makers are not oozing affection for the creations as they do their job (because that would get weird right?), the recipes and standards of ultra high quality that this unique WNY establishment has sure shows a respect and appreciation for their customers. The dough is light and never greasy tasting. The cream fillings are also fluffy and airy and melt in your mouth. Jellies are all top notch and let me be clear, the donuts are packed full with whatever is inside. Or on top. The headlights are incredible. Peanut butter offerings (several to choose from) are stellar. I'm not sure if the chocolate icing is a ganache but it seems much more like a ganache than the lousy, dried out icing you might find at places we need not mention. Staff are always courteous, polite and fast. I think each donut is going for about $2.30 but well worth it for the size and quality. A box of 3 is heavy to hold. You get a lot of donut for your buck. I've been on a Paula's kick for a couple months, stopping in when appropriate for my donut desires but trying to be mindful of my waistline. I like to sit down and really enjoy every bite. These are not ordinary donuts, they are an experience to savor. But how do Paula's donuts help one recover from surgery? It's about what you might do with them. My friend picked me up and brought me home after the hospital and slyly produced a bag of donuts for me, which I sat down and ate the minute I walked in the door. The unexpected gesture of something I've been enjoying a lot lately certainly took my mind off any discomfort. Nice friend, right? Part of recovery is having supportive friends and family and I'm glad I've got that. And I'm glad I also got a bag of donuts to make a "rough day" a lot better. So, Paula's people - I haven't tried them all yet so I guess I'm going to have to return. (Image is different donuts from a different day.)

My husband ordered us breakfast from here this morning, and it was great! I tried the cookies and…read morecream ice cappuccino, and it had the perfect balance of flavors. The breakfast sandwich I chose was the bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel. It was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing! The only thing I managed to get a picture of was the cannoli donut, and holy cannoli was it delicious! We did an online order and he had to wait a bit to get everything because they were so busy, but it wasn't a bad wait at all!
