It was our first time coming here. I found out about this name from canadian youtubers. While we were visiting niagara falls ny I didnt they would have this place there as well. We ordered the 20 pcs assorted timbits, bacon & egg cheese croissant, and breakfast wrap. They gave us sausage egg croissant instead of bacon we realized after we left and was opening it in the parkway on the way back home from nj. The breakfast wrap we got came with bacon so its not like they ran out i guess they just prepared it wrong. The blueberry timbits had very strong blueberry flavor to it. My other fav one was the birthday cake I think it has 2 flavors of fruit inside it was really good. read more

One of the many local Tim Hortons around, I don't mind this particular location at times they are very on point and at times they drop the ball a few times but I guess it's depending on the time of day and what staff is working. I've had a few bad experiences but I still like to get them a few chances to redeem themselves lol. I usually get a bunch of coffee for work so I'm a frequent flyer. I love the rewards program they offer and the mobile app makes it so much easier when ordering but the lines will always remain to the street b/c no matter what the coffee is addicting and people are here 2-3xs a day for a cup of the finest coffee lol. read more

I'm taking back my 3 stars due to what I experienced in the drive thru. Earlier we went to this location around 4am. We ordered 1 large iced caramel coffee and 2 large double double. At first my boyfriend said Iced caramel macchiato so the lady was like "what?". So he told her that it's iced caramel coffee. While on the window and waiting, she gave us 2 double doubles and 1 hot caramel coffee. I told her the caramel supposed to be Iced. She apologized and gonna make one. But guess what?? After like 2-3mins of waiting, she handed us the large Iced caramel coffee which literally she just poured the hot one on the cup and put lots of ice in it, which still didn't work bc you can still feel the hotness in the cup. Great Customer Service. Coffee always tastes great and they actually fill the cup all the way to the top. An XL coffee is more than $3. Sometimes I go to other locations and it's filled like 80% of the way lol This location is always on point read more

Disappointedly they don't even follow the recipe correctly and got the sizes of the drinks backwards. So I ended up with a small and my wife ended up with the large. At least they got the two donuts right. All in all first time at Tim Hortons probably won't be back. read more

This is my least favorite location in The Falls. Where do I start? Let's see...small location, poor service, and poor donut selection top the list. The staff just seem to have a poor attitude each time I come into order, and it's slow. Forget about coming here in the morning or you'll be super frustrated at how long it takes to get what you need. First time eating at this place. Kept seeing these Tim Horton locations as we drove around Niagara and we decided to give a try. Did not look at reviews prior but I did do some research on the background of Tim Horton cafes. Out of curiosity and hunger we went this particular location since we were staying near by and we were not impressed at all. It was almost embarrassing to think we were eating this stuff. I don't come to this location on the regular due to the excessive amount of traffic it gets, especially in the morning hours. But when I do I always make sure to give myself at least a 10-15 minute time frame just to sit in the line that wraps around the building and into the oncoming traffic - sometimes waiting in the median to actually get in the lot for a few minutes as well. The morning staff at the window are actually quite fast and have a really good system. Their always in sync with eachother which keeps the line moving. It's like a merry go round of cars waiting for their delicious cup of 'Gold' - which is what my coworker calls the coffee here. I'm not a crazy coffee person, what my coworker considers 'Gold' to me, it's just 'OK' coffee. Nothing toooo special, if they could get the 'Double Double' part of my coffee correct everytime, I'd be happy. It hasn't happened yet. I stopped ordering Bagels here at this location (started off just in the morning, then I refused all together) due to them never getting a simple 'Toasted Plain Bagel with Cream Cheese' correct. What they consider 'toasted' is what I call two seconds under a heat lamp. If I was to get the cream cheese, it was barely nothing, I don't know why I paid for it to begin with... and if I didn't get cream cheese, it would be soaked in butter. The night staff on the other hand is another story, I have yet to come here at night and had a enthusiastic worker take my order and greet me at the window with some sort of friendly gesture. Customer Service skills need to be worked on. Also if your looking at the menu, thinking about ordering a sandwich - Don't. Save the wasted breath of ordering one to be told they can't make anything hot. Unless you like Turkey Clubs, but don't hold your breath for that precooked microwavable bacon they can't heat up for you. --- I do want to update and say that I came here for a "Take 12" as I have before.. and they made me pay for a cup of cream. I was taking this to a work meeting where we all like the cream they put in your coffee when you order from the window. Not the pre packed cups "Mini Moos" they give you. When Tim Hortons was in the Fashion Outlets Mall I would order my Take 12 , and they never had a problem with giving me a medium size cup of cream at no charge. It was just a little surprising they made me pay for it at this location. Let me also note that the Pine Ave location didn't charge me either.. just this one! read more

Cheaper and in some ways better than Dunkin Donuts. Being from Massachusetts, I have at least 30 Dunkin Donuts within 15-20 minutes of my house.... and not one Tim Hortons. In New York, there are very few Dunkin Donuts and many more Tim Hortons. Point is, I've never been there, as there aren't any near me. Bagels are 25 cents less, and the drive thru moved extremely fast. No problems, and the guy at the drive thru was friendly too! read more

Worst customer service. The girl at the window has a terrible attitude. She got my whole order mixed up. I ordered a medium got chocolate and she gave me a small, and when i asked to change it she poured the small cup in the medium cup and put more whipped cream to be petty. She kept rolling her eyes every time i asked her something as well. read more

There's 1 on every street corner. Down here in the A, we've got a McDonald's on every street corner and a Starbucks on every other, it seems. After having a 2nd visit to a Tim Horton's, I could see why it's a convenience for some folks, I guess. I had coffee, which was made exactly how I ordered it, and glazed doughnut holes. My gosh, those doughnut holes were so fluffy and full of sweet cinnamon flavor. They were awesome. I'm not a raging caffeine-addict, so although the coffee was good, I guess I'm still missing out on the true essence of this place. I dunno. Very quick, friendly service. read more

Very rude cashier. I went in this morning to grab a hot tea. I walked up to the cash register and the girl tilted her head and gave me a super dirty look, and said nothing. I asked her if they had the apple cinnamon flavored tea, and she looked behind her, looked back at me and nodded with the same dirty look on her face. After the girl made my tea, she handed it to me, I said thank you with a smile, and she still said absolutely nothing and had that same dirty look on her face. I gave this Tim Hortons 2 stars because they had the apple cinnamon tea, and a lot of the other locations don't carry it. But that cashier has a serious attitude problem and needs to be spoken to before she discourages other customers from returning. read more

I love Tim Horton's, but the service here wasn't great. They forgot one of our sandwiches and weren't accommodating. Told the guy behind the counter who put out the sandwiches that we were missing one, and he said he needed to see a receipt. The girl working the register was friendly and reread the order perfectly before, but never gave us a receipt. My family and I just said thank you and left since it was busy and we had to leave. I'm sure if we talked to someone from the front, they would've been more than happy to help us. Unfortunately no one helped correct the situation, and we left one sandwich short. read more

Tim Hortons is soooo good!! I wish we had them in MA. Get this: I got a turkey club sandwich on whole wheat; a Large Coffee; a donut and a large bottle of water for $8. I do not like how the parking lot is tho..bit dangerous if it is busy..and it usually is...somewhat like a car wash on a Sunny Day.....
