I'm really disappointed in Tim Hortons today. We ordered two things and half of it was wrong! We asked for two bagels one plain with strawberry cream cheese and one everything bagel with plain cream cheese. The plain bagel was missing the correct cream cheese and was burnt. I love one of the ladies working the drive thru but when she's not working, nothing is ever correct and the other workers are rude. Caramel has yet to be added even tho I pay for extra. I've complained and im told they gave my number to the manager and I've yet to receive a call. I started going to dublin instead and they are amazing at that location. read more

Got a coffee and a breakfast sandwich in the drive thru. Payed with my debit card, got my receipt and my order. I was in a rush so I did not check if I had my card back. Guess what, I didn't have it. The friendly employee that gave me my order kept it and spent $150 on a Gas Station. I don't even have to say it but I'm never coming back to this place and shouldn't go either. read more

Driving through and stopped here for breakfast. We forgot to add on a donut and asked at the window. The lady at the window, Val, practically threw the donut in the car, said "next time don't order at the window", closes the window and walks away. Very rude. And unnecessary as it was just a donut that took all of 5 seconds to grab. My friends and I asked to speak to a manager because...it's too early to be rude. It's funny because the manager says they are on a timer and that's why they don't take window orders. But Val's rudeness definitely cost them way more time than the time it took for her to throw that donut on the car. Val needs sensitivity training. read more

I don't know what happened to this place. This once was a well run Tim Hortons. It now has a rude drive-thru staff, food is slammed together, not even fully cooked bacon and a bagel they held up to hot light for 3 seconds to toast on the way to the bag. If you are going to charge nearly $6 for a bagel with a smear of cream cheese and a coffee, you can make it right! You had a great menu of bagels and low-fat muffins. Now you have plain, everything and NO low-fat muffins. Instead you added more sugary foods; more doughnuts, iced drinks. I don't even know why you say bakery, more like confectionary. The lines are slow, they're always out of items, they're sometimes not even open when they're supposed to be open. And on top of it all is a rude, uninterested staff. Cheapies! They give you an ice tea that's 90% ice meaning you take two sips and it's gone and they offer no refills. You have to beg for sweeter because they're so afraid someone may take more than one Sweet N Low packet. Penny wise. Congratulations you made an extra $1.79 today...and lost my future business. In a bit of an odd spot and you can't pull into it from the main street but if you live nearby or happen to be in the area - get your coffee fix here! Even hang around inside because they have free wi-fi. I'm going to have to give up going to the "other" coffee joint because the coffee is good but the prices are all that! If I can get a de-caf latte it will so be on! Must ask them if they can. Oh and the Timbits? 20cents each if you just want a few (less than 10). I got a coffee and 4 Timbits for under $3.00. Fairly new Tim Horton's location built just east of the intersection of Sawmill and W. Powell Rd (Rte 750). They are open 24 hours a day and have a drive thru window for convenience. Their parking lot can be rather dark at night time as it is only lite by store signage and outdoor landscaping. I have usually pop'ed inside here when I needed to grab something to take to the office. The location is easy enough to get in and out. Staff have always been cheerful and helpful. Same great tasting treats you find at any other Tim Horton's locations. They mix things up with seasonal flavors. The Tim Horton's menu is pretty diverse to satisfy most cravings. For the morning, the offer a variety of baked goods. Aside from their trademark Timbits (small donut holes), they offer a variety of donuts, bagels and muffins. I usually grab one of their hot beverages such as their English Toffee or cappuccino to go. Their menu does include options for breakfast sandwiches, Panini's, deli sandwiches, soups and much more. Prices are not quite the same as other locations, which I was a little surprised to discover. I found this location slightly more expensive than their sister location just down the road. read more

We grab breakfast on the go here every now and then. It's convenient and does the job when we're on the run. The bagel belt is the way to go in my opinion, but I often get bacon on mine when I order it with sausage. I'm sure it's not a common substitution but it's frustrating when the staff doesn't take the time to read the ticket while assembling my sandwich. Just went through the drive thru and Anna waited on us. She charged us for 2 iced coffees and a 10 pack of Timbits. We only had one iced coffee as the second coffee was a hot coffee. Not only did she have an attitude when my wife told her one coffee was supposed to be hot, she then tried to say the cost "was the same......kinda......maybe whatever". She already charged my card so then she stomped off to another computer to 'attempt' to do math and proceeded to throw a pen across the front line area. My wife is watching Anna this whole time and Anna then gets the attention of a gentlemen dressed in a polo shirt with a popped collar. She says to the guy that my wife is a bitch because we wanted the difference put back on my card as we shouldn't be paying for coffee that we did not order. The guy walked to to the window to see what the problem was and my wife asked for her name and the guy told her the girls name was Anna. My wife then tells the guy, with the popped collar, that the next time Anna wants to call someone a bitch, she should do so privately and not in front of the person she's talking about. He then responded with "ok" and closed the window. Needless to say, we did not get reimbursed for the overage we were charged AND the disrespectful brat calls my wife a bitch. Thanks, Tim Hortons, I will make sure this story gets told to EVERYONE we know. How rude. We will never visit this place again. read more

Location at 6 a.m. and they weren't open so I drive to The Powell location to see an accident nearby.The lady told me it just happened and knocked all their electricity out,but I was talking to her through the drive thru ordering screen.She told me she couldn't serve me because of no electricity,I said surely you still have hot coffee,she checked and told me it was still hot but I had to have cash with correct change,which I didn't.Instead of saying "sorry for the inconvenience sir here's a coffee on the house" she just said SORRY!never going back! read more

Unfortunately not a good customer service experience today at this location. I had a large order so expected a little delay/confusion so wasn't upset that I had to ask for parts that were missing. What was upsetting was the attitude received from one the workers when I asked for the items. I was told very directly that I was only charged for one hash brown and therefore that is why he only put one in the bag. He also said that he is not responsible for the yogurt I needed to get that from up front! I was so shocked by the tone/attitude I said ok and went to other counter. I may have done an . As I was walking to the other counter, the man preceded again to tell me why I only got one hash brown. I asked for my yogurt which I did receive along with an apology for missing that item from a very nice young woman at the front. When I got to my car, I realized what happened with the hash brown. I had ordered 2 combo meals, eg includes hash browns and ordered one extra which is what the rude man saw on the screen. What he failed to see was the order had 2 combos so I was actually shorted two hash browns . I am not annoyed about the mix up we all make mistakes. Absolutely love the fact that they play 104.9 The River in the background and it makes me smile every time I stop in. Bagel BELTs on 12-grain are great, love 'em. Always made fresh and never disappoint, could eat one every day. Only reason I give 4 stars is because I just don't like Tim Horton's coffee in general, but that's not this particular location's fault, it's a company wide issue for me at least. There obviously must be plenty of people that like their coffee. Doughnuts are good too, just not an incredibly huge selection. read more
