This has been a hit or miss Timmys for me. My daughter likes their coffee and some special drinks. My grandsons like their food too. I'm trying one of their special truffle donuts today. Haven't eaten it yet but looks like a small amount of their chocolate frosting on it and not a truffle like the pictures and name indicate. The staff is very nice though. read more

I come here almost every day for lunch and get the exact same thing ice tea three Splenda and a grilled chipotle chicken wrap no cheese Every day is a different problem either they give me coffee instead of tea or they put the cheese on or they fill it so full that the wrap is falling apart and the outside container is a mess !why can't you just get it right once! read more

We stopped to pick up 4 meals at the window. There were no exceptions in any of the meals, the drinks were 3 black coffees and 1 hot hazelnut. We were told not to use the window for such an order in the future and to come inside instead. I told the person at the window that we would not come inside with covid active. Good food, especially the hot breakfast. Decent iced tea, and I vouch for the Sausage Biscuit breakfast combo. However the service is pretty lacking; employees are slow and confused. Long lines of customers mean that you should acknowledge people's waits, which didn't happen. The woman who took my order forgot I had ordered the combo even though I repeated it twice. She seemed very unfamiliar with the menu and pricing, which made this experience frustrating. read more

I know this is a rest area stop, but even for a rest area this was pretty bad. My parents and I ordered breakfast, and all three of our main items were burnt to some degree (see pics). We got three combos, one with a donut and two with hashbrowns. We only got one hashbrown, and the other was missing because they ran out. So instead of trying to replace our item, they just decided to skip over it and hoped we didn't notice. Plus, the service was bad. The staff was rude and obviously did not want to be at work that morning. I heard some people from New York can be kinda rude sometimes, but this was unjustified. This was my first time at this Tim Horton's. I went through the drive through. My order was an iced hot chocolate, 2 bagels with bacon and eggs (no cheese). The machine was not working to make the iced hot chocolate. Instead of getting 2 bagels with bacon and eggs....I received 2 cold bagels with a slice of cold American cheese with bacon. I went inside to let them know. They acted irritated but made the bagels with eggs and bacon. We ended up throwing out the eggs because they were so bad. I have decided not to return. read more

Line level employees are great. Always take time to make you laugh or smile in the morning. They must have some type of crackdown from corporate where they should be producing orders faster due to some unreasonable guest complaint. As a kind gentleman was taking my order, I heard the MANAGER or supervisor (woman in intense eye make up) come in from her headset and say "please hurry up we're getting timed". I kid you not. I get it was meant to be playful, but not everyone is as understanding as me and that could realllllly get someone upset. While the manager was interrupting, the gentleman who normally gets my order correct, must've missed that I said "everything but the whipped cream". When I pulled around and waited for my simple order, it came with ONLY whipped cream. Super annoying. The manager should reconsider her duties and prioritize them. The overflowing trash can outside is more important than her timely delivery scores and interruptions. I don't want to even get into the conversations she was having in the kitchen when I was at the window. "To be honest I don't even know who's order is who's. A bagel? Idek" C'mon! It's not that hard and at least act like you care when customers can hear you. Do better Tim Horton's, I know you can. my wife visited this location multiple times while visiting In-Laws and even went out of our way to stop by one more time on our way home. This is a really great location filled with friendly staff. the service was quick and courteous. the person taking our orders knew the menu well and answered any question we had. We were able to experience a great in-and -out experience. when we entered there was a line of at least 7 people and we were still in and out in under ten minutes. It looks like there has been trouble in the past it looks like the store has been able to put together a great staff. read more

The hours listed on Google are wrong. Came through on a Tuesday at 7 pm and it was closed. No answer on drive thru so after 5 minates I call them. They did answer to tell me they were closed. This isn't the first time I've run into this issue with their hours not being correct. read more

I was over charged $40 and the owner treated me incredibly rudely when I tried to get my money back - to include lying to my face and telling me to get the"f" out of his business when I confronted him. I had to call corporate office to get my money back, which they promptly got the owner to refund to me when I reported him. I have never been treated like that from ANY business and will never go back there. read more

New to the area and this is our neighborhood Tim's. Inside service is terrible - takes forever to get them to take an order. Drive thru hasn't been slow but seldom do they get my order correct - always check your order before you pull away. Not sure what the issue is - there are a ton of employees so it's not a lack of staffing. Will go elsewhere (Dunkin Donuts is just down the street) after another frustrating experience today. read more

Ordered frozen hot chocolate. I order this all of the time as I don't drink coffee. It's 5 shades darker and not even frozen really and tastes just like coffee. Called to speak to a manager and she said there's no way ever possible to give me the wrong drink. Um ok well. Had a co worker try it and she tastes coffee. Wish I was given a receipt even with my transaction to know how much I was robbed as I now can't drink it. I will be calling corporate. read more

The experience and slow service make me have to give this location two stars. The only reason I am not giving it one star is because our bagel was delicious. It is clear that the staff at this location want to do good work. They are super polite and hustle. But, there's a process issue. Even with the most dedicated staff, poor processes will always lead to failure. There were at least four, maybe 5 staff working the morning we stopped, and it took us 10 minutes or more to get our food (one bagel and two small, hot coffees). The work each person was doing seemed incredibly inefficient and confused. Staff didn't seem to communicate and were constantly getting in the way of each other's workflow. My recommendation to the manager of this location is to do Lean exercises to fix the process issues. You've got the people, and you've got the good food. You just need to fix the system. I will add that the long delay at this location made us nearly late for a wedding. As a process improvement professional, watching this workflow was incredibly frustrating. It should have taken us maybe 4 minutes total to walk in, order, pay, get our food, and leave. Looking forward to our next visit being much more efficient! read more

This is one of my favorite coffee places. There is no Tim Hortons in Los Angeles, so I make sure to go everyday I am in town.

First of all my boyfriend and I walked in and the three people behind the counter apparently found it annoying that we were there and couldn't even stop their conversation to welcome us in to the establishment. After about 5 minutes of us waiting there one of the girls finally acknowledged us (mind you, we were the ONLY people there, not even anyone at the drive thru) After we ordered our food and drinks the counter girl turned around and continued the conversation we interrupted with our presence where she continued to tell the man behind the counter (who I assume was the manager) that he had "no sense of humor" after she insulted him and he didn't laugh. The younger girl that was supposed to be on drive thru told someone waiting at the speaker to "please hold" as she sat and gossiped with the counter girl. After about 10 minutes of this we finally got our food and drinks.. If that is what you want to call it. Our soup was cold, our sandwiches were as hard as a rock and the iced latte tasted as if it were made of spoiled milk. This wasn't even the worst of it. We sat down to eat and the people behind the counter continued to talk loudly about personal stuff and then we heard the younger girl yell curse words about another girl who was in the parking lot making out with her boyfriend that was supposed to be coming in to relieve her of her shift. The man (manager on duty) then yelled really loudly, while the other workers ducked behind the counter as an African American woman walked in. We could then hear the man say "you're not on the schedule anymore. Talk to Ed." Then when she left the whole group laughed and made fun of the fact that she was fired without anyone ever telling her. The girl covering the drive thru girls shift finally came in and stood behind the counter talking to her boyfriend while she was wearing regular clothes and then put on her uniform in front of all of the customers!!! Trust me I'm not the type of person that normally sees/hears all of these things, but they legitimately were loud, careless and certainly didn't care about customer service. Excellent staff, all have been there a while and know the regular customers. Store is always very clean and owner is there everyday. Nice to see them so involved in their business. Typically we will stop and get a quick bite to eat. Today we were on our way to Rochester and decide to stop at the Victor shop. Wow, was i surprised by the attitude of the window server. I know that Tim Hortons really likes to utilize their paper products efficiently so I asked if we could receive the two orders in separate bags. One for me and one for my partner. The server acted as if we were cutting off her arm. It was quite painful for her to take the one order out of the bag and place it into another one. Oh and I forgot what an issue it was when I asked for a sleeve on the coffee cup. the person was so annoyed that she took our money and forgot to give us our change back. I sat there waiting until she realized her mistake. I was surprised she didn't throw the money at me. Oh well I won't be stopping at that shop again. read more
