When one of the hands fell off my Ebel watch, I took it to Tropiano, and got it back in great shape within a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. A year or two ago, I went there with some diamond jewelry that I was not wearing. The staff members were SO patient and helpful. They turned my aunt's engagement ring diamond from the 1940's into a beautiful pendant. Even more astonishing was the by-pass ring they designed and created from two diamonds. I was assisted soon after arriving. I asked for some feedback on the 2 rings needing resizing and why, as well as the plating. The associate was quite helpful and let me know the pros and cons or plating one of the rings. She also explained the resizing process. She had someone evaluate the rings and I was given estimates within the day. My rings were more beat up than expected so I'm glad they were fixed.
