Took 5 watches in for battery replacement one ended up with water in it after a rain after I paid extra to vacuum seal being a scuba dive watch. 6 round trips for their shop to repair and I had to take them to court. STAY AWAY!!!!! Every time I tried to do business here it just got worse. The final straw was them trying to replace the battery in my Seiko Diving watch. She screwed up the stem and could not get it back in the watch. This was one of my best watches and she screwed it up. Had to send it to Seiko to undo all her screw ups! NEVER TAKE YOUR WATCH HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT IT. I brought my grandfather's watch (only heirloom of his I have left) here to get repaired after being referred from another jeweler. My watch has been with them for over 3 weeks now with NO update even though I asked multiple times during the past 3 weeks to have the watch called back to the store so I could take it elsewhere, and the shipping manager or whoever is there on Mondays and Wednesdays is literally no help at all. I'm hoping they'll get their act together, or I'm going to be taking legal action. Save yourself the headache and take it to Belaro Jewelers in Downingtown. They're fantastic. read more

Visited them to get my watch battery replaced. These guys know what they are doing. Very reasonable $$, finished in 20 minutes. I watched as they helped any number of people with any number of watch related issues. People there are pretty stupid & arrogant, not a good mix! They are untrained in even putting a battery in your watch. They use the same batteries for all watches, but if it's a name brand watch, they will charge you more! Also, I asked them to change the time for one of my watches, because I can't manually do it because the stem is broke. They said they couldn't do it,. however, I took it to a kiosk at Exton Mall called, "Back in Time", & they were able to do it. these guys suck. takes 2 weeks to get an estimate, and I only find out after calling 3 times. Then they say it will take 2 weeks to fix!!!......4 weeks total to replace a damned crystal?? I recently went to Time After Time to get the battery replaced in my watch. They were not able to open my watch in the store, so it was sent to their central office where they have 'better tools'. When I picked up my watch several days later, the lens was scratched in several places. I mentioned this to the sales person who instantly became combative and absolved herself and the store of any responsibility. Furthermore, she blamed me for somehow scratching the watch lens. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at Time After Time and will not be returning. read more

I bought a watch here and the movement went. Lost my receipt/ proof of purchase. Took the time out of their day to try and find my receipt in their system. They were all very helpful and got my watch back in 3 weeks fixed for free under warranty!! If anyone ever needs a battery or work done on their watch, I highly recommend them to anyone! read more

Dont waste your time! I went to get a battery changed on my MK watch last year, I walked into an empty store just an employee and manager. Asked for my watch battery to be replaced, they told me that I should get it resealed because I wouldnt want water to get in. So I agreed not knowing any better. And then I was told to come back in 20 mins! It literally takes 3 mins to change a watch battery, so I had to walk around the mall aimlessly for 20 mins when I was in a hurry. Came back to a $30 bill for a MK battery and reseal. First off, MK doesnt have a special battery, its the same $5 battery that runs every other watch! Then less than a year later, my watch stops running! So I took it to Back to Time (kiosk) and the guy told me that they used the wrong battery and that my watch had never been resealed, it was the original seal! Do yourself and your wallet a favor and just go directly to Back to Time and have someone who knows what they are doing fix your watch! read more

Citizen Eco-Drive crystal cracked. They were conveniently located to me. I showed them the watch and they said it needed to be sent outside (to Philly) to get the crystal replaced. They said it would take two weeks. Seven weeks later it comes back, I was travel ling so my wife went to pick it up. She was informed it wasn't "water sealed" and would she want that service? This watch is WR100 and she knew we were in the water a lot so she said yes. I get it back, jump in the water and it fills up the watch. I'm taking it back to get a refund and buy a new watch (from someplace else.) I am not expecting much satisfaction. I was pleasantly suprised with their reaction. They offered to repair the watch and refund my money. They also offered a 35% + refund as a discount on a new watch if I needed a replacement. Hopefully everything will work out. read more

I brought my mothers watch in over a month ago to this location to get a new battery. They put a new battery in in like 10 minutes and it was ready to go, or so I thought. Well it wasn't ticking. The gentleman suggested that I let them send it off to their warehouse to get it looked at, so I did. I have called there many of times to find out what the update for my watch was, which I got a different answer every time. I finally talked to the manager and she said that nothing was wrong with the watch, that it just needed to charge from he battery. I was very relieved to hear this. So I figured since nothing had been wrong that they would have it at their store already since they have had it for so long, well no I was wrong. They told me they would get a new shipment from warehouse today, and so I waited a call. I just gave them a call to see if my watch was ready and they told me my watch was already there and was over nighted during the weekend. Why on earth was I not called?? This place is the last place to get your items fixed and the customer service it horrible. I work in customer service and if I ever treated clients the way I have been treated I would be fired in a heart beat. This store will never get my business again, I will gladly drive 3o minutes extra to go to a better store. Stay away from here if you can, if not good luck. read more

I visited this store with intent to have battery changed in a waterproof watch. Upon inquiry the woman behind the counter quoted a price of $20 to change the battery but if I wished to retain the waterproof integrity the cost would be $40. My look of disbelief caused her to continue on in fabricating a story about there being a vacuum within the watch that is lost when the case back is removed and that such a vacuum would need to be restored to ensure the waterproof functionality in an effort to justify the $40 quote . Having researched the process on numerous YouTube videos prior to visiting the store I was quite aware that I was being lied too. Needless to say if a retailer knowingly lies to you it's a good reason to avoid them. Be aware there are kiosks within most malls that will change a waterproof watch battery properly for around $10. read more

i just visited this store to have a link adjustment done on a watch, after being told over the phone that it would cost 15.00 I'm now told it's going to cost me 20.00 because of the cost of the watch, it took approximately 3 minutes to adjust and handled no differently than any other watch. When leaving the mall i passed another kiosk that replaced batteries and did link adjustments etc. i inquired on the price to have a band adjustment the same as i had done,the price was 7.42,so if your looking to have things done of this nature go to "Back in Time" and forget "Time after Time" don't get ripped of as I did. read more
