Went here after a funeral. Just needed a time to unwind and grab a bite to eat. Good menu. Pretty usual suspects on the menu. The had a lunch lasagne deal for 10 dollars and I felt like I should get that. Hubby chose the cheeseburger and fries again. Server was friendly and helpful. She also pointed out the lunch deals. Wasn't super impressed of the atmosphere. It had a lot of TVs and was non committal to either a pub or a sports bar. However the music was not loud (maybe it helped that we came during lunchtime). Food came quickly and was hot any yummy. My lunch size lasagne was perfect and full of melty bubbly cheese. My only complaint was the garlic toast, way too salty. Hubby really enjoyed his burger and fries again. Good pub, and friendly. Looks like it is full of regulars. Not in our area, or I might have become one. read more

Review: Time Out Pub - South Edmonton Tucked away in a residential area near Argyle on the south side of Edmonton, Time Out is a hidden gem of a sports pub. It's not far out of the way and just a cheap Uber ride for a great night out. The vibe is laid-back, the drinks are cheap, and the pool tables are even cheaper. The pub food is fantastic--honestly, they might have the best nachos in Edmonton. Great spot to catch a game, shoot some pool, and enjoy solid comfort food without breaking the bank. You wouldn't think to come here unless you are familiar with the nieghbourhood. I was pleasantly surprised at the menu and the beer selection. The TVs are nice and you can watch the game from every angle. BUT after the main event, they shut off many of the screens and you have to strain to watch a tv after that. The Pizza selection is good. The wings are .45 cents and are the good meaty ones. The server (God help her) was adorable. She admitted her flaws and still helped as best she could with a loving attitude. I am a fan of that. The decor is none, but we did not come here for ambiance. The parking is good. It's quiet enough for a conversation. I read that there is a band some nights. (Not while I was there, but I might come back out of curiosity.) I will definitely come back. read more

You will miss this place if you don't live in the area but if you are stop by to catch a game and enjoy a pizza pocket and a cheeseburger. The Décor, tables and chairs are outdated but enjoy the picture frames and jerseys from this pub. The service is really good and service are familiar with regulars and the food is good too. I will skip the Shawarma next time, a bit dry for my preference. They have also band showcase some afternoon/nights of the week. So sip on a beer, while watching your favorite game while your feet tab to the music. Support Local! read more

I've gone to Time Out Pub 3 or 4 times for lunch and have always had a good experience. The food is good, but certainly nothing to write home about! I've had the same server each time and she's always been friendly and fast. The place is pretty clean and does not look outdated like you might think before walking in. There are plenty of spots to sit an eat, as well as some pool tables, foosball, and a jukebox, as well as some VLTs in the back corner (where they should be!). It's nothing special, but a pretty okay place to grab some quick lunch or maybe for drinks later in the evening. They have their own parking lot, some good lunch specials, and I believe there is outdoors seating as well. read more

We come here for cheap wing night on occasion as we live right up the street. We always get the hot and the lemon pepper wings and we never spend more than $20 for a few hours out of fun and good food. Cheap pool too! $1.25 read more

I came for karaoke yesterday and Ir was my first time going there. I sat near the karaoke screen as the bar was quite full so it was quite loud but that's to be expected on karaoke night. The issue I had was with service as we were there about half an hour before the waitress served us and over the next two hours she only appeared twice more. Once to take our drink oriders again which was good since I was drinking the slowly melting ice. The last time she came over was to get paid. If it hasn't been for lack of service I would give this pub 5 stars, but I'm sick of going to bars with bad service. read more

I've been in here about a dozen times. I only go because of some friends that live close to it are there frequently. Beer is over priced in my opinion. You pay the same at many much nicer places. It's ok but if it wasn't for my gang hanging there I'd not return. I've had very little food there. But what I've had was pretty good. read more

Nice, local bar. Came here for the first time as I live in the area, my husband and myself had a few beers and some wings. Wings tasted pretty good and beer selection wasn't bad. For a Wednesday evening the bar was really busy and I have to give credit for the two staff members as they were working their butts off behind the bar and serving everyone. Seen a few people getting the pizza and they looked fantastic so we'll definitely be back for one! read more

I ordered 2 medium pizzas and some wings. Most disgusting pizza i have ever had. It was just dark and the mozzarella cheese hadn't melted yet. The guy who delivered it took over an hour, and we only live 2 blocks from the pub. My husband was on the phone with him for over 35 minutes. Never again. read more
