He reached out to me over an hour prior to his arrival to confirm our appointment, he was open and honest about all of the pricing and process regarding the services I requested. He got to my residence at the time we agreed on, he was kind and personable. I placed my request via Yelp and he reached out to me before anyone else, and thank goodness he did. I scheduled for him to do only the interior originally but after seeing his work I requested that he do the outside as well. After everything was finished I was able to pay using my credit card since he sent over an invoice with the link to pay directly to my email, I greatly appreciate how convenient that was, as I've had some bad experiences with other vendors regarding payment. I will surely use his service on all of our vehicles. He's a professional, he's straight forward and honest so that there aren't any surprises regarding what services I'll be receiving, and he does a dang good job detailing. Matthew was great! I requested several quotes, and he was the first to respond. He asked several questions to ensure I would receive the proper quote, and an appointment was set. He arrived early and walked me through the plan to detail my SUV and remove paint chips from the front of the vehicle. After each process was completed, he asked me to review and for my opinion. Unfortunately, it was too hot to use a chemical to remove the paint chips, and Matthew explained, in great detail, why and told me he would come when it was cooler or even in the evening. I am blown away by how pristine my car looks now. Matt came to my home to detail my car which had a bunch of dark stains on the seats. He made my car look brand new in less than two hours and even cleaned my trunk and all of my consoles. I was amazed that he was able to get out the stubborn stains and all of my dogs hair out in such little time. Matt was fantastic! Not only was he super responsive with a reasonable quote, he offered to come the next day and removed white paint splatter from my car door and trim. He not only removed all the splatter, he took great care to not damage my paint job. Matt cleaned 7 years of KID out of my car. He did a great job. I had him clean my interior and also the headliner (ceiling), he made the light gray fabric upholstery look like new again. All various moderate and light stains accumulated over the years on my upholstery and headliner were removed. I purchased a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder with upholstered seats 3 years ago from a dealership, planned to get it detailed but kept procrastinating. Thanks to my 7 and 2 year old I really needed it cleaned. Matt was a lifesaver and did a phenomenal job making my Pathfinder look factory new in about 3 hrs. TQC did a great job and were great to work with on short notice. My car was filthy after driving it cross country in winter weather and he was able to wash my car with same day notice and travelled to my apartment building.
