I had monthly meetings with Bianca and I would pick up the monthly dosage the following day. She's very knowledgeable and started me off at the lowest dosage of 2.5mg and continued to the second month since I was still losing weight. The food noise started at the end of month two so she increased the dosage to 3.0mg. Before I started going here, I had already loss 12lbs and this place helped me lose the next 10lbs but at a healthier rate. I was losing an average of 1.2lbs a week here versus 2.5lbs at the previous place. They also have the body scan that you do when you pick up the dosage. This was helpful to see all aspects of your body rather than just weight loss alone. Overall, I am very pleased with the service that Bianca provided. Also, there were only two staff that were nice but the others were aloof as if I was bothering them for being a customer. When you work at the front desk, it's your obligation to provide great customer service so you get repeat customers. One bit of info I really appreciated knowing is that the higher the intensity doesn't necessarily mean it's working better, and she showed me a chart. Probably saved me from a lot of unnecessary pain just because I thought it would work better. haha She also did my first laser hair removal on my underarms, and it literally took about 2 minutes. I later found out her family might be evacuated because of the fire, but she was so calm, and didn't let it affect her professionalism at all (even if it would be totally understandable if it did) The doctor showed up for about 3 minutes, I thought it wasn't really necessary, as Briana was taking good care of me.
