My wife and I got our wedding date tattooed on our finger and the tattoo has completely disappeared after a week. She also got a nautical star on her wrist and the quality is horrible. The tattoo is not shaded in some areas and the lines are not even. You can see her skin color in areas that should be shaded. Horrible tattoo quality and service. Waste of time and money DO NOT GO TO RYAN. I never had a consultation and was never informed about the ink on a finger tattoo disappearing. I have over 10 tattoos in various places on my body and have NEVER had to get a retouch on any of them. The only rectification I was offered due to my disappointment with the tattoo was to come back to the shop to LOOK at the managers tattoos and let them tell me how tattoos heal. Umm like I said I have my own tattoos so I know how it goes. Again this information should've been done prior to taking out money and doing the tattoo. Unprofessional process. I felt the need to post a REAL review so nobody else has to pay for a permanent disappointment and then be told that nothing can be done like a courtesy touch up or refund because the whole tattoo has disappeared after a week. In addition, to getting a 1/2 ass done tattoo with 1/2 ass shading. THE WORST. read more

A friend recommended this place to me and another friend of a friend recommended Tony. I checked them out on Facebook and liked what I saw. I called the day before and scheduled an appointment for 12:30 AM with Tony and they were willing to do it even though they close at 1. (I figured they would decline and tell me to schedule it another time) I showed up and was greeted very politely by everyone. I spoke with Tony about what I wanted done. He was really professional and easy going. He seemed to know what he was talking about so I felt really comfortable. I was requesting to get a word tattooed on my chest and I brought a print out of the font I wanted. I expected it to just be a simple black tattoo. Tony outlined the word with white to give it a 3D or popping effect to it. It made the tattoo look better than I imagined it. He definitely went above and beyond my expectations despite the fact is was after the time that they're normally closed. It was an overall phenomenal experience and this will definitely be my go-to place for future work. Do not come here for piercings. I've been wanting to get my belly button pierced for awhile, and yesterday I finally decided to. I searched the highest rated studio near me and found timeless ink. I told the guy at the front I wanted a naval piercing, and he had to ask someone what that was. This same guy was the guy who did my piercing. He could barely understand English. He made the marks where he would put the needle through. I was scared but he was so impatient with me and I felt obligated at this point. He did it and it hurt very bad (which I'm sure would happen anywhere else). I got up and looked and it was crooked. Not centered at all. I started to get dizzy because I did not just endure all that pain for a bad piercing job. I started to get really dizzy and then lost my vision and hearing (cause I was about to faint). Then I started crying and was so upset that it was crooked and told him to take it out because he messed up. He YANKED it out. Had no remorse. Now I have a scar on my belly button. I went by myself (my appointment was at 1pm and no one could come with me), and I felt very comfortable being there by myself. Arturo was very open about my vision for my back. Recently had a portrait done by these guys, and let me tell you I could NOT be happier or more pleased than I am!! I've got dozens of tattoos, and have been collecting them for well over a decade; however, I've never gotten any realistic or portrait-style ink done...it's well known in the tattoo community that it's SUPER easy to screw up a portrait, and then you end up remembering your grandfather like he had down syndrome and a lazy eye, so I've always been leery of letting even the best 'celebrity artist' do a portrait on me! So, anyways, I've been big into motorcycles and motorcycle racing for as long if not longer than I've been into tattoos, and a few years back one of my idols was killed during a MotoGP race. This past week MotoGP retired his number in memory of him, and I felt like it would be a PERFECT time to get his likeness inked on my body. I'd been following Timeless Ink on Instagram, and had seen that their artist Tony had recently done an INCREDIBLE Salvador Dali portrait - the posted photo had the portrait next to the original photo and damn if you couldn't tell them apart!!! Right then I knew that his was the guy that I wanted to tatto Marco Simoncelli on me, so I set up the appointment. When I arrived, I immediately noticed how nice and clean and tidy he place was, and how the shop wasn't echoing with the BRRRT BRRRRRT noise that's normal for tattoo parlours - evidently these guys all have these new state-of-the-art high-end tatooin' machines that are nicer, cleaner, smoother, and quieter than the typical ink slinger would carry...new to me, and I considered myself up-to-date on the sport! Tony already had the area set up and the stencil drawn out, and was ready to go. He got to work, and in what seemed like no time it was finished! Right out of the gun it looked AMAZING, and I was absolutely STOKED that I got a PERFECT likeness of what I wanted...to be honest, I'd gone over the realities of everything in my head beforehand, and was completely ready to accept a 90% portrait - I mean, heck, it IS after all handmade - but Tony didn't let me down in the slightest and delivered what I feel is easily the best portrait I've ever seen - and this is coming from a guy that's seen every episode of InkMaster ever!!!! I'm almost a week out now, and it's about healed up - I've taken good care of it so it hasn't scabbed up or dried up at all, and it still looks every bit as amazing as it did when it was fresh. Thanks to Tony and all the guys at Timeless Ink for giving me such an absolutely incredible, amazing tattoo!! I couldn't have asked for more!!!!! Would DEFINITELY recommend these guys if you're in the market for some ink - but I WILL note that being courteous, scheduling your appointment with the artist ahead of time, letting the artist know as early as possible of any changes, and showing up on time can go a LONG way in making the ultimate tattoo experience that much better!!! read more

My sister and I were searching for a tattoo parlor to get our second lobe piercings. We initially stopped by Claire's at the Galleria, but after seeing the careless and rushed job done on a customer, we decided against it. Afterwards, we yelped a couple places and came across Timeless Ink. Michelle (the owner, I believe) greeted us kindly. She was so friendly, and very much professional! Luckily, Tony (the piercer) was in the middle of piercing a customer's cartilage, and we got to see him in action before he did ours. Tony was careful, and seemed quite experienced! The girl did not seem to have any pain during or after the piercing. The same happened for my sister and I! Tony was extremely friendly, and made sure that we approved of the placement of the piercing before he inserted the sterilized needle. It has been 3 weeks since my piercing and I have not experienced any pain or infection. Michelle did a thorough job in explaining how to clean our piercings, and gave a descriptive pamphlet as instructions. I would definitely recommend Timeless Ink Studio for piercings. read more
