This is a very nice place. We were looking for a local pub to get a quick dinner on our way home. We tried the braided pretzel with beer cheese and it was delicious. We also split a half pound tavern burger and it was outstanding. The fries were also very good and they came in cute little steel basket. I would highly recommend this place. Great food and service. They advertised a Hunters Special tonight (16 oz ribeye) on Facebook this afternoon with no price. I called and was told $20.00. We drove 45 minutes to get there and ordered the special they posted on Facebook. When we got the bill they charged us $40 a piece for the ribeye. We questioned the bill and we were shown a sheet showing the specials. This does us no good after we already ate it. We were told that they just finished printing them up. We were offered a desert for this costly screw up. I guess the reason they do not advertise their prices is because no one would come in for that price. This is not the type a restaurant that I would go to if I was Looking to spend that much money on my dinner. I would go to a rest hat offers a full dining experience. Why not be up front and open about your prices instead of waiting until you bring the bill? We did our part and inquired about the price before making the drive. Had some real hopes for this place. We ordered two medium half pound burgers with cheese with a side of vegetables. One was barely rare but eatable but the other was raw!
