Good to see some different items since they have different buyers and distributors. Great they have a 24 hour drive through pharmacy. You can always get your prescription any time of the day! My friend likes their manual toothbrushes since only a few places still sell " firm" toothbrushes. Walgreen offered vast variety of handicap and health home products and test kits. You have to check out their dollar section aisle which is cool at the Kaneohe and Kalihi locations that I'm aware of. You may find mouth washes, drink mix packets, can of soups, zippered bags, soap and more in the dollar section! it's such a bargain price! They have reasonable toilet paper prices for their brand. If you're like me, the 1-ply toilet paper is perfect for those who like to use so much for one use. I'm a fan of the big jug of decaf diet Arizona drink. They have a reward program and can get their Walgreen's app on your phone and start savings. One of their store brand is "Nice" and I usually buy their snack/nuts from there also Worth checking it out, never know what you would find. 09/24/22 was the last day to use the coupon book since they are going all digital savings. I happen to be in Kaneohe and went to this CVS Longs Drugs at Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center…read more This Kaneohe store was almost empty which I thought was unusual as I normally shop at CVS Longs Drugs at Pali Highway... which is always busy. Anyhow I have two items and I go up to an open register #7. To reiterate I rarely go to this Kaneohe Longs Drugs and it hardly had any customers that day. The cashier (#2900924) accused me of cutting in line. I'm confused because register #7 looked open as I saw no one near by. She then pointed to a sign further back that says "Line starts here". There was one customer waiting there. Ok my bad. I did not see the sign and was unaware about that. I did not notice the one customer standing further back at the "Line starts here" sign. I've been to other Longs where you just go up to any open register. In fact... I was just at Pali Highway Longs that very morning where customers just go up to any open register. I did not like the way this Kaneohe Longs cashier handled the situation. Accusing me of cutting in line and giving me the third degree. She could have understood that people who don't normally shop at Kaneohe Longs might be unaware of that. This Longs has a wide area with the registers spread out. Unless one is already aware... that "Line starts here" sign is easy to miss. It's just the way the store is so wide open and how the layout of the things are that I did not notice. Other stores like Target and City Mill has a "Line start here" sign... but there are partitions near the checkout counters to make it obvious and hard to miss. Kaneohe Longs don't have any partitions near the checkout counters... so it is easy to miss in the wide open layout of this store. It was an honest mistake on my part. All that cashier needed to do was inform me "The line starts back there by the sign". And I would have been good with that. This was a misunderstanding that could have been better handled with simple courtesy and understanding. There was no need to make accusations in order to make me feel bad. That was uncalled for. I've later heard from other people who live in Kaneohe tell me of similar issues concerning the lack of courtesy at this Longs Drugs at Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center. Probably no wonder why the store was empty of customers. I will never come back here again and will stick to shopping at the other CVS Longs Drugs elsewhere.

Hubs used their restroom after a family of 4. It's by their minute clinic and you need a key. We also picked up lemon peel, ginger, li hing cherry, and more. Doc was generous as ever and paid for everything. She's too quick. Glad we found this store as we had Yelped 2 crack seed shops that were supposed to be nearby. He submitted my order electronically where I soon received a text from CVS Long's that they received my order with a tentative pick up time of an hour later. I did receive a text update but noticed one of them wasn't filled and still pending. I was waiting at home and desperate in getting my meds as I was exhausted from being sick and lack of sleep. I called Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center CVS Long's only to hear their recording that they are currently close for lunch and will reopen at 2pm. I waited until 2pm and called again only to be given an option to leave a message, which I did requesting a callback with the status of my pending prescription. I was called back within 10min and was advised they had no stock of my prescription and the staff suggested I go to another CVS Long's nearby and mentioned the one in Target at Windward Mall. I was in luck because Target Long's Pharmacy has the inventory and to allow about 30min for a pick up. I then hopped in my car and headed to the Windward side. I first made a stop to Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center to pick up my other prescription. There was a line of several people waiting but the lines generally don't move quickly as shoppers are given the option of also paying other Long's purchases, which also allows customers to use coupons, etc. While waiting I then noticed about 5 more people queue behind me. At this time one of the cashiers announced for more cashier help and another staff came out. When I finally paid for my meds, I received a text advising my last medication was ready for pick up at Target Long's pharmacy. I then drove across the street and made my way to Target. I saw the Long's Pharmacy signage on the bottom left of the front entrance. Don't let that sign fool you. I made my way where the signage was only to realize that it's Target's cashier area. Long's Pharmacy at Target is located 1F deep inside the store. I was pleased that no customers were waiting at Long's Pharmacy and there were 2 staff sitting down looking at the computer monitor screens. The young male staff greeted me and asked for my ID and soon brought me my prescription. I was advised my co-pay of $5 and I paid via contactless payment. I was so impressed on how quick my transaction was where I'm thinking of picking up future prescriptions from this location instead. I knew that there were two Longs Drugs Stores in Kaneohe: one at Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center and one at Windward City Shopping Center, but I didn't think that Longs Waipahu would send my aunty's order to Longs Pharmacy inside of Target at Windward Mall. Note: I had gone to Waipahu Longs three times, and they didn't have the medication even though it's on auto-fill! When the Waipahu pharmacist told me the address of the Kaneohe Longs, I thought she meant the Longs by Safeway... No... The pharmacist said, "inside Target". Ah... I've seen the "Longs" sign in the past, but never sent my own prescriptions here. I usually use the Longs across the street because the Longs at Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center is a 24-hour Longs. Because it was a holiday (Labor Day), I wondered if there were special hours. I knew I couldn't make it there after dinner or the next morning, so I drove from Waipahu to Kaneohe. Of course, when I got there, Longs at Target in Windward Mall was closed for lunch. They opened promptly at 2pm. I picked up the medication, which was 100% covered by Medicare... yay! Beside being rude, when I was being rung up by the nice cashier, Lorna came over and thought the cashier was incorrectly ringing up the balloons. Lorna went on to be rude and insulting to the cashier saying "you cannot make up your own prices" which she wasn't, she was actually scanning the price sheet provided to the at the register. She rang two different prices for two different ballon sizes which is correct. The mean lady Lorna insisted it was incorrect and tried to charge me $18.99 for a circle ballon that clearly stated "shaped or cut out ballon" on the sheet. How can a lead be so blind. Anyways, the cashier explained the price difference and still the "lead" had to much pride to even admit she was wrong. Lorna went even further and said "well u want me to charge you $18.99?" Which she clearly knows was incorrect. Who's making up their own prices now??? Long story short, she over charged me by charging the higher price for two different balloon sizes where it was clear as day that it wasn't right to do so. Please beware of Lorna who likes to make up her own prices, likes to talk down to employees and customers and who needs to smile if she wants to be in any customer service roll. She also lingered at the register to make sure we were overcharged dispite other customers asking for assistance in the photo area. She made them wait and basically ignored them because she was wrong and couldn't admit it. May be time to find her a better position in the back of the store where she will not be giving Longs a bad wrap. Then I go back stand in line, trying to fight back tears because I know when I get to the counter they are not going to have a prescription to pick up. I just saw a news story on social media about how CVS / Long's was expanding it's services and there were literally HUNDREDS of comments from people complaining how they can't get their regular prescription, so why would they expand their service. Hundreds! I guess i'm glad I'm not being singled out, but any chance this pharmacy knows people NEED their prescriptions and making them go into battle every single time is ridiculous. I get so much anxiety leading up to filling my prescriptions because I know what it's leading to. Multiple trips to the pharmacy and basically having to get pissed enough for someone to listen to me.

So many shipping carts all appearing to be in great working condition. 2. Every worker greeted me with a "good morning" or a "hi" or "do you need help". 3. Anyone I asked for help was cheerful and an employee walked me to the location I was looking for 4. The app was accurate as to the location of the product 5. Store was clean and neat (I worked at another retail store and I know how "fronting" of shelves takes time and effort. 6. Another employee rushed to help me put the microwave in my cart and then checked to make sure that the barcode was available for the cashier to scan. 7. Cart return station was overflowing with carts when I arrived but less than 30 minutes later it was cleared by employees when I returned to my car. (Unlike many other stores.) Downside (not the employees' issue): 1. Displays in the aisles make it difficult to navigate with those large Target carts 2. Parking lot full. 3. I nearly got hit by a car that didn't stop as he cane out of an aisle.
