I'm driving back home they failed to put all of my bolts back on my metal skid plate 4 bolts missing there are 6 altogether . So it's flapping and dangling . After leaving there shop I had to pull over on the highway just to turn back around and drive back to Christian Brothers. My skid plate could have caught on something and ripped the plastic off on the bottom of my vehicle or could have lodged up underneath potentially damaging expensive components like the oil pan, transmission, transmission pan. On the tornado in Roger's, it's amazing that had it a month and a 1/2 before the tornado. Rebuilt the transmission myself finding that, they use the cheapest stuff that they can find left a snappering out. Then they said the warranty covered the part but not the labor to replace it. They wanted to charge $900 more. They already replaced another part and charged us $168 labor. That was not the problem causing the leak. So effectively they replaced a broken transmission with a defective one and it cost us a total of $4568 for a leaky transmission.
