I got my pedicure done here and it was decent! They took their time even tho I came in about 45 mins before close. I'm in the beauty business as well, so I'm well aware that, that's plenty of time for just a pedi! It was quick, to the point, but they did slow down a little bit for my massage! Although, the tech used very little pressure. Now some people enjoy this, but not me, unfortunately. I'm not upset but just a heads up to those who want a deeper massage this may not be the place! But, if you enjoy a light touch and gentle pressure this is an awesome option. This was literally one of the worst experiences I ever had at a nail shop. I called in advance to ask if they were busy for a walk in and they said there would be no wait. I wanted a simple design and refill on my overlay; One of the ladies started to work on my nails and she put acetone on my old overlay and my hand in a glove and then left me there for an hour to work on 2 other guests. I was there with a friend who finished an hour before me and had to ask another technician to finish the work the lady started. I ended up just having to get a whole new full set instead of the refill and I personally feel like for a basic overlay and an unnecessary overlay removal they charged way too much. I didn't even leave with the set I wanted. For a saturday they absolutely should have more people working if they aren't going to prioritize getting people in and out. read more

Awful experience. We knew we were late, but an hour and 10 minutes before close AND I expressed our apologies for being so late and asked many times if it was ok or if we should go elsewhere. I had a funeral to attend next morning and it was a very last minute situation. They said it was no problem at all! Proceed to finish my nails in less than 20 minutes and they're shaped HORRIBLY. My cuticles are turning purple and they hurt from whatever they did. There was a huge dent in one of the also crooked nails that I brought to their attention and they attempted to "fix it" and it still has the dent and is crooked. Everything is awful. From the atmosphere, to the shaping to the color, to the cleanliness of the actual acrylics. They really did me so dirty. Don't go here!! Save yourself the trouble for the amount of money they charge. They also have a HUGE sign at the entrance stating everything they DONT do and it's basically everything you want when getting your nails done. read more

So I went and got it fixed to be told "I wasn't going to be charged for this nail but if more break I'll be charged." First of all, my nails shouldn't be breaking from putting on my shoes or be breaking a day after getting them done. Then in the past day, 2 more have broke off. I was also told to not get them too long because they would break. I've had my nails longer and never had them break this fast. I have gone here twice now. The first time I called and got an appointment that day. When I waked in I could tell they were a little busy. I got SNS (dip) done and I had two people working on me and overall the nails were good but not great so I was hesitant to come back. BUT the second time I came here I called again and got an appointment that day. I came in and sat right down and only one person worked on me this time which was great. I really am glad I decided to go back because I love how my nails turned out. They are well shaped and not super thick. I also like the price which is $35 for a set of SNS (dip). My daughter and I had an appt. on Saturday for a mani and pedi, which I made several days in advance. They were busy, of course, for being a Saturday, but nevertheless, we were seated together at the last couple of chairs together. The lady doing my pedicure was rough and she was rushing through it. When it came time for our manicure, they did it while sitting in the pedicure chair, which was unconformable. She lady cut my nails too short after I told her I wanted to keep the length. She didn't push back my cuticles, the filing is uneven, no scrub or lotion and the paint job is horrible. When it came time to pay, before they painted my nails, the lady said give me your card, and ran it. They didn't even tell me what the total was going to be first. This was the absolute worst mani and pedi I've ever had. My daughter was super disappointed with the whole experience. I didn't want to complain at the time because I was with my daughter and the place was busy. Maybe Saturday's should only be by appointment only and turn away the walk-ins so you can treat your repeat customers with care. I will never return. read more
