Tina is one of the best lash artists I've ever had, she's probably the quickest yet most detail oriented lash artist I've had! Not only is she fast and efficient with her work, but the quality is always amazing! She works with exactly the look and feel I request. Plus she's super friendly and easy to talk to, so it makes the time go even faster.

In response to Tina's response, completely untrue. Yes I was late. I arrived in the parking lot 20 mins prior to my appointment. But walked into the wrong suite, i called two minutes before my appointment time, you guided me to you. I walked in 6 minutes late. You mentioned everyone gets lost. Your following appointment was an hr after mines. I know this because you mentioned that. Again, you book an hr session for a new application of lashes. It is untrue that we went back and forth with the price, I can afford $250 for self care. You weren't upfront with your prices. I had to ask. You recommend a fuller volume set instead of something in between because you said I would a lot lashes would fall out during vacation, but what you gave me was a hybrid set at a volume price. When I asked you add some more pieces you said volume isn't too good in humid location. Therefore, you contradicted yourself. And no I didn't go to Jamaica smh. I didn't come automatically come in complaining about someone's else work. I mentioned the previous sets was a classic look and I prefer a fuller look, but not crazy dramatic. Yes, a few people mentioned how my lashes were off including my mother and also a MAN. I contacted you that night because my lashes were falling off and it was irritating me from all that glue you used. I didn't even know your daughter was in the ER, you called me!!Why would I expect you come in at 9pm?!? I didn't expect you to fix anything at 9pm, I was wanted to inform you. From your response, anyone can tell you have more excuses than a novel. Deadly sick lol. For someone who said they were deadly sick, you had a lot of energy to attempt to provoke me by constantly trying to argue with me. This was the worst self care appointment I ever had. Who glues 6-7 pieces together? If you couldn't have fit me in for decent work, don't schedule the appointment! Sloppy work! Ladies if you volume your time look for someone else.

Tina is the best lash artist i have tried. I've had many lash artist over the years that I have tried. Bylut nothing can comapre to her not even close! My lashes are beautiful, natural yet full most importantly it lasts for weeks. They have strong hold!!! And I workout everyday! Saves me time in the morning. Not to mention her funny personality. Her studio is gorgeous, relaxing and very clean. She's the best!!!!!! Highly recommend. I feel so lucky to be one of her new clients. Will keep her forever! She's a gem.

This was by far the worst experience I've had with lash extensions! I have good lashes myself nice and full with mascara but wanted more volume without mascara for a destination wedding this month. I used to do it all the time years ago and with different technicians and was always happy. My experience with even the most inexperience was not as bad as this. I made the appointment with Tina based on her rating and was there 2 days ago. When I made the appointment I assumed the price would be the same or close to everywhere else and did not ask for prices which was my fault. But when I got to my appointment and asked the secretary the cheapest/classic lash was $165 on their brochure. Since I could not cancel I went ahead with the appointment and chose the cheapest. After my experience I'm wondering why she has been given 5 star for her work? At the beginning when she was putting the things under my eyes I told her the one on my right eye was cutting through my skin in the corner so to fix it she put a tape on my eye lids to open it a little bit so I don't feel that piece cutting into my skin. It worked but I didn't know that it would be causing the glue to get in. So when I complained she casually ignored me. The whole session my eyes, nose and throat was burning and kept getting worst which was extremely uncomfortable. I've never had that experience with anyone else ever. At the end of all that discomfort When I saw myself in mirror I barley saw any difference and honestly my own lashes look much fuller and longer with mascara. When I told her about the right side lashes curling to the left instead of straight up again she casually blamed it on eyes being different on each side and did not even offer to fix it. But worst came next when I had to pay. She charged me $180 and when I questioned that she casually said that is an old brochure and didn't even offer to honor the price I was given on her brochure. I Spent the rest of the night and day with headache and that burning sensation in my throat which I'm sure is not healthy to digest. Woke up the next morning with a red and itchy eye on one side and found one piece of extension inside the corner of my eye. Before the end of the day 2 more fell off the same eye. As much as I liked her as a person I did not ever expect such a terrible service.

I was going to let my lashes go because it was a hassle during COVID to find a good salon. I decided to give it another try because my natural lashes made me sad. I found Tina on Yelp because of her stellar reviews. Let me say, she earned those reviews. This girl is fast and does great work! She did a full set in an hour! Yes you heard right. Tina is God sent... she always manages to squeeze me in with my hectic schedule. And she does a GREAT job without taking HOURS like other lash technicians I I used to see. My lashes last on average 3 weeks before I actually need a fill and that's a lot coming from someone who workouts 5 days a week and showers daily. She's super funny and it's almost like getting lashes from your best friend. She never pressured me into getting a specific style when I didn't know what I wanted at first. She let me work my way up to volume and I've been obsessed with volume ever since. If you need to get your lashes done, TINA is your girl!

I've been going to Tina for eyelash extensions for a while now, and she is AMAZING. At first, I wasn't sure what length and style to go with, but she walked me through what would fit me. I can't express in words how great Tina is! I've heard horrifying stories of lash extension mishaps, but Tina is someone that easily gained my trust through her genuine personality and exquisite skills. I'm sure this is what all of her clients felt after their first appointment; which is also the main reason why we keep coming back! My extensions perfectly last about 3 weeks and fall out naturally, while my natural lashes continue to grow without extreme damage. Her prices are reasonable ($90 for a volume set fill) and don't compare to the high quality service she offers. I chose to go to Tina after reading her exceeding reviews, so hopefully many more decide to go to her after reading my review. Otherwise, they're truly missing out. Thanks Tina!! read more

I had never had lash extensions before, but Tina has me hooked! The first time I went in, I explained that I wanted a length and volume that was more defined than my natural lashes (otherwise why bother?) but not obviously fake. Tina is the one of the best lash experts in So. Cal. I have been getting my lashes done by Tina for over 5 years and, although I moved out of OC to LA two years ago, I still drive to Irvine to have her do my lashes. I cannot count how many compliments I get on my lashes EVERYWHERE I go. Especially out here in West LA and Beverly Hills. In fact, one attorney in Century City asked me for Tina's number after seeing my lashes. Two weeks later, said attorney drove to Irvine to have Tina do her lash extensions. Worst lash experience! Not sure how there are so many positive yelp reviews. Having lashes for years and doing lots of research I know what are correct practices. I have an allergy to sensitive glue. I expected someone was skilled to handle lash application but was not. New set of lashes took only an Hour since she was just layering lashes rather than placing it on each individual lash. So much glue was used on someone that is sensitive. The FUMES WERE SO STRONG from the supposed sensitive glue(stronger than regular glue) which makes me think either it was an old bottle or not even sensitive. Nano mister wasn't even used to dry it!! I had a crazy reaction and swollen for days requiring medication. I have new wrinkles after this that I can't get rid of. I went to another place after without any issues! She said she was going to check about a partial refund but never did. VERY UNETHICAL PRACTICES TO MAKE MORE MONEY! read more

Im so glad Tina was referred to me by one of her clients. I was unhappy with my last studio, my lashes never came out how I wanted. Tina is LIGHTNING FAST! In and out within an hour or less but no comprise on the quality of my lashes! Its affordable and well worth the money. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a lash expert. Definitely book in advance because she is super busy which says a lot about her craft. I also like the fact I'm she has her own room so its easy to fall asleep for the short amount of time you're there. read more

Tina is the absolute best! I got a volume set from her for the first time a couple months ago, and since then I've gotten a couple fills. She has done such an amazing job every time. My lashes last a long time (about 3 full weeks) and I'm not overly gentle with them so the fact that they stay on so well says a lot. She works quickly, she's very professional, has a bomb personality, and she's SO quick and accommodating with scheduling appointments. I would definitely recommend her! Tina is amazing at what she does. She genuinely cares about her clients and wants to take care of them. My first time getting lashes was an awful experience. I went to Amazing Lash Studio and the technician ruined my real lashes due to improper application. My eyes also burned as she was applying them, and I left disappointed. I was extremely cautious of choosing another place because of this experience, but Tina made me comfortable and saved my lashes! I came to her almost 2 weeks ago and they still look good as new! I also haven't had any of my real lashes falling out with the extension. She could have made more of a profit by giving me the ideal look I wanted, but was professional and honest. She explained that my eyelashes were damaged and that she would apply what my real lashes could handle for the meantime. I only came in for a fill, but she took her time and actually removed all of the previous lashes WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE! I am so happy I found Tina and I won't consider going anywhere else now. The drive from Garden Grove is worth it, thank you Tina! read more

Where do I start with much I love Tina!? I have been to al over Orange County, far and wide. I have had my lashes done by "top lash artists" and yet NONE have compared to Tina. She not only works with my schedule, being a mother of two it's hard to find the time, but she is also so friendly and makes you feel right at home. I'm so particular with my lashes and Tina does them perfectly every time. She's not only fast but seriously I had to cancel my fill appointment with her bc I hadn't lost a single lash. The technician was so gentle I almost fell asleep, which is saying a lot because I don't even trust people near my eyeballs like that. The salon was clean, quiet, and relaxing--basically the opposite of my daily chaos. My lashes came out super lightweight but still full, like natural... if my natural self were just better. They've been holding up really well too, surviving naps, showers, and me aggressively rubbing my eyes at 2am (don't recommend, but still). Only downside? Now I have to book ahead because apparently everyone else also wants to look effortlessly put together.

Cleo went over everything with my husband and me, we selected the earrings we wanted (14k gold with Swarovski crystal), and signed forms. She numbed my daughter's ear with topical numbing. Once numbing was done, she measured both ears and marked the spot she was going to pierce. My baby cried when she got the piercing (expected), but settled pretty quickly after. We gave her a bottle of milk immediately after and she was okay. She did end up waking up a bit more that night, I'm sure because her ears felt warm or were sore, but by morning she was back to normal! We clean her ears twice a day and so far her ears are healing well! *knock on wood* Overall, I was happy with the experience and feel it was the best that it could be.
