They looked directly at me but didn't acknowledge me, offer assistance, or let me know if they were closed. I sat in my car for several minutes finishing this review, and no one came to check or communicate anything. Extremely disappointing experience , no customer service, no professionalism, and no clarity about whether they were even open. Based on this experience alone, I would not return.

My car ride was heavenly - that's how fresh and full of taste these beans are - the aroma filled my car from inside the coffee bag that was inside my work bag!
