I noticed a list of specials on an illuminated board: Monday they do chicken wraps, Wednesday's item is .75 cent tacos and for Friday they boast the "Best fish in town". There's also an everyday menu consisting of mostly bar food and in-house soups. My visit, being a Wednesday, I ordered a half dozen tacos. They were a little on the skimpy side but for 75 cents, they were tasty on the cheep. There's a full bar but the beer selection is pretty much limited to domestics (beer snobs beware). Smoking is permitted so if that's a problem for you, you might want to pass. But if you can handle a little smoke, Donnie's is a great place to stop in for a bargain beer and bite. I couldn't have been happier. How nice to go out of their way for us. We ordered one gluten free and one 4 slice pepperoni. The pizza arrived hot and looking marvelous. I don't normally eat gluten free pizza but I shared it with her and it was fine. The other pizza definitely had a better crust, but the gluten free was good.
