My coworkers regularly order take out from here. It's been about 6 years since I've had any Chinese food, so I thought I would go over for lunch. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I found the restaurant to be very clean and somewhat modern inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff were extremely friendly. I ordered the garlic chicken lunch special which was only $10.95. I added an egg roll which I really didn't need but wanted to try anyway. For the lunch special I ordered the hot and sour soup which came almost immediately. It was good, your standard soup. My egg roll came next and same, standard. Finally the main dish of garlic chicken and fried rice same. It was good. The sauce was a little more syrupy than I expected. There was almost no spice either. The other places that I usually get it from the sauce is not so thick. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I would definitely return.

never had issues with this place before... clumped noodles came with random bits of chicken and had wildly undercooked chicken from two separate entrees. disappointing.

We came here tonight for dinner. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The dining room is very nice with tasteful Chinese decor[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], and the waitress was great. We got potstickers as an appetizer and milky coconut puffs for dessert. Those were great and something we have never had before. My wife got sushi which she said was very good. I got cashew chicken. It was different than any I've had before. It had a subtle taste that I liked, but I couldn't place it. The only thing I didn't care for was the abundance of celery. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Over all we had a very enjoyable, calm, and satisfying dinner.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Was really excited to check this place out based on reviews. I ordered takeout - General Tsos Chicken, Shrimp Lo Mein, and Crab Rangoons. The chicken and lo mein quality was excellent - also appreciated the size of the food included for the cost. I was disappointed in the amount of filler inside the crab rangoon's but they were also tasty! I'd like to try the sushi next time. Would like to eat there again - just didn't blow it out of the water for me.

In fact I'm told by the bartender that The Coalmine in nearby Castle Shannon now has the original Bobby's fish sandwich recipe. The menu is very limited bar food. Burgers, dogs, wings, fries. I ordered a chilli cheese dog and buffalo wings. The dog was so boring - canned chili and fake cheese. The wings took forever 40+ min and seemed like they were boiled or baked rather than fried. The skin was soggy, not crispy like you'd expect. I can't recommend the food but the service was nice and the big TVs made for good game watching.

It looks like they built this bar inside of a garage now. I got fish on a dish. That's what they used to call it. Now they just called a fish sandwich without the bun. It was good. I never would've thought the ambience play such a critical role in how I enjoy a meal. It's been around six years since I've eaten there. I see no reason for me to return. That place used to have a huge lunch business all the way up till 6:30 or so. I remember having to wait out in the parking lot for a spot to open up so I could park. Today I was the only car there. Very sad.

She even felt bad when they were out of the Sticky Toffee dessert, which we appreciated, not her fault at all but she handled it really well. I started with the Fig Old Fashioned, which was excellent. Bird was going to order a mojito but they were out of mint, so she pivoted. For dinner, I switched it up from my usual filet and went with the Panko stacked chicken, really glad I did, it was a great choice. Bird stuck with her go to Braised Short Rib Pasta, although she mentioned it seemed a little "off" compared to how it usually is. For dessert, we shared the blueberry lemon cake, which was a nice way to end the night. All in all, a really nice evening and a special thanks to Nicole for being awesome and helping make Bird's birthday celebration a great one.

Once we arrived, we were taken straight to our reserved table and our waitress welcomed us with a warm smile. She took our drink order and brought over warm bread. I ordered an espresso martini, and it was delicious! For a starter, I got the Lobster & Shrimp Bisque. It arrived at the perfect temperature and was very flavorful. For my second course, I ordered the Jumbo Stuffed Shrimp, but the restaurant ended up running out of it without knowing. As the other members in my party received their meal, the manager came over and made the situation right. The new dish I picked was the Ahi Tuna which was a little tough to eat, but had great flavor and a perfect sear. Dessert was a warm chocolate chip brownie topped with vanilla ice cream. How could you ever go wrong with that?! Overall, I enjoyed my time at Luma Restaurant and would love to be try another dish while sitting on their outside patio!

You can buy whatever drinks you wish, and sometimes the bartenders can even make special stuff for you. I'm more of a wine cooler type of drinker, and the bar has what I need most times, which usually includes Henry's Hard, Not Your Father's Ale, Smirnoff Ice, Seagrams, etc. I've been able to ask some of the bartenders to make me a spiked Shirley Temple or Nuts And Berries mixed drink with no hassle, which is awesome since they all usually know how to make wine cooler stuff for me. I don't know what I'd do if the bar didn't have what I like. People who like regular draft and harder liquor, that's fine, to each their own, but I'll always have my light alcohol drinks! You will find Nikki as the usual bartender, and she's a very beautiful woman who loves to talk to people about whatever is on their mind. It's very comforting being able to get there so easily, as it's real close to where I live in my neighborhood and I dislike traveling out of town to a different bar, so I go to the Milestone more often than not. It's a homey bar with several regulars that I enjoy talking with, and I always enjoy being at the Milestone. The bar's got multiple tables and stools available to sit at, so you won't ever have to stand, even during busy game nights. There's also multiple large TV's that you can ask to have certain shows or games put on. A last good thing is that my favorite pizza place is next door to the bar, Pizza Di Roma. I am their most loyal customer because I order delivery to my home about 2 days a week and they know how much I love their food. I will always 100% recommend the cheesy breadsticks or fresh wings! Stop in sometime during your next bar visit and try the food, I promise you'll enjoy it! In closing: if you want a great bar to drink at, go to The Milestone!
