That said, the sushi here is nothing special, and I wouldn't recommend ordering it. I love sushi and seafood in general, but at this location, the non sushi options are clearly stronger. I also suggest skipping dishes that combine vegetables with shrimp or scallops. In my experience, the seafood does not taste particularly fresh here, and that unfresh flavor ends up soaking into the sauce, which lowers the overall quality of the dishes for me. I have enjoyed the chicken and beef here, but overall this is a place where I avoid the seafood and lean heavily toward vegetarian dishes. I did try the vegetarian hibachi once and really enjoyed it, although the hibachi is a significant ten dollars more than most of their other dishes. As long as you avoid the sushi and some of the seafood dishes, there's a very high chance you'll really love what you order. I also want to point out that this is not a buffet, and that the menu is expert level. By that I mean that there are no descriptions or images of the dishes. It's just a list - chicken tiki, chicken vindaloo, etc. - and if you don't know a lot about Indian food you're going to be using Google a lot. Anyway, I will probably give these guys another try because the food was legit. Hopefully they will work out their service issues and maybe enhance their menu to better suit the market that they are in.
