I was having an incredibly bad and frustrating day due to some shady business practices from another auto shop I was trying to work with all day on another job. So the last thing I wanted was to deal with anybody else the rest of the day. But I been wanting to get my car windows tinted for awhile now and scheduled this in time for my trip. Felipe was such a professional and even tried to get me in earlier than the appointment we had scheduled due to a cancellation. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it at the earlier time but he made my terrible day feel so much better with the superb job he did on my car. First, he finished the job 15 minutes earlier than anticipated which was already at the end of the day so I can't imagine how tired they must've been. And second, he charged me exactly what he quoted me, $650 for the XPEL plus for all side windows and the back window. No upselling, no hidden fees, nothing extra. Finally, Felipe just had a great positive attitude. He kept things simple and honest. Wasn't trying to put one over me and just a good dude doing business the right way. And having to deal with someone (myself) who was having a bad day gives him credit in my books. We had questions and he responded quickly via Yelp's message system. Price quoted included all tax and installation. He didn't try to upsell anything.
