This is my third time going to Tint King And yes this third time was the charm But So was visit one and two ! There is a reason Tint King has been in business for over 30 years ... They are the best in the business While I was there (and I drove 45 minutes to go to them )... people were checking in from Sebastian and Homestead. That's a testament to their work AND customer service They give a lifetime guaranty.. and today I was witness to them honoring it While I was waiting for my car the man sitting next to me told me he was waiting for his truck . He had the windows tinted in 2005 and now the drivers window was peeling . FOURTEEN years later . They not only fixed his window, the replaced ALL of the tinting ! Guy M Do not bring your vehicle here if you need re - tinting done. I had to wait three weeks for an 8 am appointment. I dropped my car off at the agreed upon time and came back three and a half hours later to see if they had at least taken it inside to begin work. Much to surprise the car was sitting in the same spot where I had parked it for drop off. When I questioned what was going on they told me that the car had to sit in the sun so that the old tint could be removed easily. Do I look like I have two heads ??? Come on Tint King !!!! Is this how you treat your repeat customers ? I just had my truck done there three weeks ago. I respectfully asked for my keys and later found a company who will do the work in 30 minutes, (I can wait) at one fourth of the cost (out the door). The communication before and after could've been better, but the lady inside was really nice and was honest about how long it was going to take. Had I known before I got there, I would've arranged a ride to drop it off and wait, but there's a restaurant nearby you can sit down and have a meal while you wait. read more

good work quality, but check your car for body damage before drop off and before you take it home............. Friday November 26, 2020 day after thanksgiving "Accident / Idiot dent" happened when shop owners 21 year old employee driving his personal Black Ford fusion with multiple quarter panel scrapes in same spot on both sides, so he apparently does not know how to park. he backed up into my parked car after job was completed and waiting for me to pick up. there was more than enough room in parking spot. Monday December 7th dropped it off at body shop, which was in shop a total of 9 days since date was changed twice so all that time without my car. had to reschedule my trip to visit son stationed in GA who i hardly get to see and normally stay for a week. Tuesday December 15th, picked up my car after completed repairs Friday December 18th had to take it back to body shop because i found auto body compound chemical stains on my leather interior and dash which i did not see since day of pickup it dark out with severe storms body shop has to schedule me to bring car back again to replace clear paint protection film they had to remove from front pillar to match clear coat after paint and clear has cured enough Insurance rates will go up for 3 years. my previous car was parked and hit in 2016 and rates went up even though i was not in car and other persons insurance paid for repairs. Permanent record on car fax. Cars value affected, even though damage was minor. The shop owner called and asked me to speak with my brother so he can remove the YELP review he had posted since he did everything possible to make it right, so my brother removed it. I waited until this whole ordeal was done to post my review with the exception of my pending 3rd and hopefully last visit. to owner and his knucklehead employee that in my opinion should have been fired. yes it was an "accident / idiot dent", but i'm the one that got screwed with all of the aftermath which is still not finished !!!!! read more

Wow .... Wish I had known of this location in the past. The offer one of the best ceramic tints available and they treat you like family. No funny business or uncharging. They run the business like champs and have an almost assembly line like process. They even require the car to sit in outdoors for a small length of time to make sure all was done properly. My only "suggestion" would be that the workers take their smoke break another time and not while doing the final inspection on your brand new car.
