Many would rate me as a "Karen" if I'm quite honest... but Maor at Simon's was absolutely great from start to finish. Even when I got stressed out, he was calm and communicated well. He won't put bad gear in your car, so be prepared to spend some money, but he won't upsell you on stuff you don't need either and you get accurate, detailed prices on every component and aspect of installation. The overall installation price was maybe a bit over average, but I feel like I got an amazing deal for the amount of time and effort he put into every detail. So worth it. The service, care, quality of the install and the sound is night and day compared to what I got from my previous installer. It's not even in the same league. He spent a lot of time getting the gear right for my preferences and my EV's limitations before we even started. He gave me full breakdowns of different levels of sound insulation/deadening to choose from. He communicated in detail with pictures for updates and questions while he was doing the install. He worked with me on the tune and gave me multiple tunings to choose from, as well as other ways to help dial in the sound I wanted for my very diverse taste in music. Next morning comes and Aren was very communicative about when he would arrive, keeping us updated with his ETA. He parked in the garage and set to work repairing the cracks and afterwards, sealing it. Total time was probably half an hour to an hour, and in the meanwhile he answered all our questions, and even offered us some tostada style chips covered in churro seasoning. The repair was finished in no time, and he was very honest about what it would look like and if it would disappear (spoiler alert: was a bad hit so it won't be invisible unfortunately) It was fine to me. I appreciated the repair and timeliness, and also good value. Thanks Aren!

Got a fix it ticket, and had to get the tint removed off my 2 front windows. Stopped by without an appt, and they removed it for me in under 15 minutes. Very nice people working here. I took my model 3 and my mothers model x for tinting. They did a phenomenal job on both cars and I cannot recommend them enough! I did the two windows for the x which took about an hour and all four for the 3, which took about 1.5-2 hours. The pricing was the best I have seen offered. HORRIBLE TINT JOB! I…read moretook my brand new car to this place back in September 2024. Seven windows to be exact. Took 50 minutes to complete the job which I though was kinda fast but ok. The young man parked my car outside as an indication that the job was complete. After I paid, I walked around to inspect the job and there were some corners where the tint was already peeling. I brought it up and he said it's normal, while simultaneously applying squeegee on the surface. (I personally thought it wasnt normal to leave those peeling corners left alone). Also noted to him the there was a big bubble in the rear window and before he took a look at it, he was already explaining that it's normal. But sure enough, he felt the need to make some adjustment to get rid of the bubble, indicating it needed attention. He also said that I will see tiny bubbles but rest assure that it will cure after a week. I didn't believe him and left the shop with a lot of curiosity in my mind. Fast forward to today, February 2026, those bubbles still exist. The bigger bubble in the back window is still there. Although I'm over it, I feel the need to explain their work and the money I paid for the job wasn't justified.

They took the time to explain the different heat-reduction benefits from this demo heat lamp displayed on their counter. We chose the 3M Crystalline tent because of the heat reduction.. The customer service was genuinely exceptional. They kept me updated throughout the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable while waiting. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their work. As for the tinting itself... flawless. The installation is incredibly clean with no bubbles, no dust spots, and perfect edges. My car looks fantastic. The quality is exactly what I was hoping for. My wife was super happy with the results. Overall, I couldn't be happier. If you want professional window tinting done right with customer service that goes above and beyond, this is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommend! After our holidays, I will probably get a clear bra put on the VW buzz. Their quality of work and crash membership is second to none.. Truly this place is a gem of the valley.

They take the time to explain the different tint options, percentages, and materials so you know exactly what you're getting. They are honest, never push you into something you don't need, and always do their best to work around your schedule. What really stands out is how Hamid treats both his customers and his employees. You can tell he leads with respect and kindness, and that shows in the quality of the work and the customer service. The shop is easy to get to right off the freeway, has plenty of parking, and everyone is friendly. He made thoughtful recommendations without any pressure and made the entire process easy and comfortable. What really stood out was the level of customer service. Everyone was kind, professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about doing a great job. Even though they said 2 hours--they completed the tinting on my new SUV in about 90 minutes, and the results look fantastic. It's rare these days to find a business that combines quality work, professionalism, efficiency, and genuinely sweet people all in one place.
