The owner "Jack" was very professional, and asked me to bring the truck in to there store and he would gladly have one of his technicians install my speakers. While I was there he asked my some questions if I had any long term goals with my stereo system, and took the time to show me several options to upgrade my system that fit my budget. Again, there was no pressure and his attention to detail was great. He provided excellent customer service, and I ended up purchasing some additional components. His installers were very professional and went over the entire install and at the end, provided a very thorough training on how to program and control my new equipment. My stereo performs excellent, and the sound quality is 10 times better. I would highly recommend Time and Sound for all of your audio visual needs for cars, boats and home theaters. I have a 99 Lexus GS400 with an integrated factory head unit. I wanted to upgrade to a Sony XAV701HD, and tried to do it myself with no luck. So brought all the parts to Time N Sound to get a quote on the install. The customer service was excellent. There was no sales pressure at any time, and the quote came out to what I had predicted without haggling, so I went ahead and had them install it. The install was quite involved, which included SiriusXM satellite radio integration, backup camera, iPhone, USB and AUX inputs to the center console, and AV inputs into the glove box. An amp bypass had to be preformed as well. In the end everything was place exactly where I wanted it and done professionally. The installation comes with a lifetime guarantee. The total cost was $350, including the parts needed for the install, and it took them 3 hrs. Now I have an integrated system that rivals most new cars. I also had them install a pair of Sony rear speakers. There price for the speakers with installation was cheaper than prices I had seen online for the speakers alone. I highly recommend them. My expectations where truly exceeded. In the future I will let them do all my car audio installs. read more

I bought a CLK 350, which had no prewiring for blue tooth or phone. I checked at several places to see what my options were to have a blue tooth hands free system installed that utilized my steering wheel buttons as well as the navigation buttons. Every place I visited said it couldn't be done without having a component attached to my dashboard. The component would not work with my cars factory controls. When I visited Time N Sound, Jack and his group went to work and knew exactly how to meet my requirements. They have had success installing a devise, called a Tooki, that was made for Mercedes. They did some research to make sure it worked with my cars factory controls. After about an hour to install the Tooki, my system was working perfectly as advertised by Time N Sound. Installation was perfect with no issues. I'm glad I gave Time N Sound the chance to see what they could do. I first went to their location in 2011 to purchase a Viper car alarm ant have it installed. I actually went to the Best Buy next door first, but got very frustrated with Best Buy staff's lack of competence. Because of that, I decided to give Time N Sound a try. I was very happy with the pricing and quality of service received when they installed that Viper car alarm into my Dodge Ram 3500. Since I had a great experience there, I took my Ford Escort to purchase and have installation of another Viper car alarm. Not too long after that, I purchased a dash adapted for an after-market radio I installed into that same Ford Escort. Today since I have had several positive experiences with them, I chose them again for my purchasing and installation of another Viper car alarm into a Chevrolet Blazer I just purchased. I would say don't believe everything you read. This Gavin guy says the place sucks.... but he continues to go there. Time -n- Sound is one of the premier audio dealers in all of Central Florida. I have been a customer for over 18 years and have had dozens of installs done by their staff over the years. Kirit and his staff are professional and polite and I have never once heard them try to pressure anyone into a sale- and I have spent a lot of time there over the years with all of the systems I have had installed for myself, my family, and my friends. They would not still be in business after 30 years if their service was not truly superior. I've done business with Kirit &Jatin for the past 15 years, i can never remember a time I've needed a stereo, speaker box/speakers, alarms for my vehicles installed and they were not able to accomplish the task. Chris their lead installer is a "GENIUS" without question, always polite, neat, innovative & pays attention to details I've seen others overlook. They are competitive with the big box stores and more times better priced. I recommend TIMENSOUND over any of the other audio installation shops in the area. Just recently I needed a 12 volt outlet installed in the bed of my F150 to accommodate a portable refrigerator, again Chris's installation was what I expected "PERFECT". I had all JL Audio speakers and components installed in the doors and a W6v3 12inch sub box. With a JL XD10005v2 amp. A Pioneer 7in touch screen dvd double din, that looks like it belongs there. Everything fit behind the factory grills, clean install. The sound is crazy, it sounds loud and CLEAR. The amp more than pushes everything. They had it completed in less than a day, even installed an alarm. JL is the shit period. I recommend this place for sure, everyone was helpful. I had the system a couple weeks and the the sub was hitting so hard it split the seam on the sub box, which is unheard of. The swapped it out with a new one without question. I am happy all around. I had not purchased anything from them and I did not purchase anything while I was there. I went in to see if they could help me with a problem I was having with an after market head unit I purchased when I was living on the West Coast. They went out of their way to help me find the problem and get it resolved as well as updating the software for the unit. It started when I walked in and Jack sought me out to make sure I was being taken care of. We discussed the options for my truck and when I would be able to complete the install. I call two weeks later and I get an appointment the very next day. When I arrive he quotes me less than original and between he, the installer Chris, and I we figure the components that would fit the truck and my budget too. I had a very good experience with this local business. I noticed after I came back from my trip that my rear speakers stopped working so I took it to Time N Sound and spoke to Kirit who quickly came out to my car and found the problem in 2 seconds it was "operator error". My mom must have been in my car and instead of turning the voulme down she must have faded the speakers. I called a couple places and they told me that my speakers must be blown and need replacing. I bought a radio here and had just passed the warranty within the month when it stopped working. I brought it back and the people here were wonderful. They wound up replacing my radio with a newer version for a more than fair price to avoid the trouble of sending my defective one back to the manufacturer and making me wait 2 weeks.
