Kept in touch via calling to let me know ETA. 3rd - Paul had the wrong windshield because it was ticketed for the shield he brought. I was disgusted and called to learn that he had already called the company and alerted them. I expected a price drop because my winshield is smaller but learned I had been quoted the lower price as my shield required extra molding. Whatever! Then I did consider they were $50 lower than the closest competitior and got over myself. 4th - Gave Paul my garage door opener. He let himself in and got to work. Called when he was finished. 5th - Went to ask, "Hey can you please give me the velcro strips so I can replace my IPass?" Guess what folks...Paul was on it. He removed them and placed it them on the wheel. I asked for my second set as NOLA requires tolls. He didn't notice it but pulled them right off, too. Paid and went on our merrily little way. ~ I appreciate the service. Paul was in my garage looking for me when I expected him to be in his truck on the streets. He was leery if his van would fit but trusted me when I said it would and showed him how tall my truck goes and it still met clearance. He remembered me from 1991 when he installed a stereo in my 1981 Toyota Celica. When we were discussing the security system for my BMW, we talked about the system he installed in my Celica. He detailed the components like he installed them last week. A short time ago, my security system wasn't working right so I contacted Paul. He asked me to bring in my car and he would take a look at it. When I got there, one of his technicians, Jason Salas, noticed that the wire to the antenna at the top of the windshield was not hooked up to anything. I told him that I recently had my windshield replaced and that the two sided tape holding the thing up there came loose. Not knowing what that thing was, I disconnected it and put it in my car somewhere . Paul asked me where it was. I told him it fell off the windshield because it was not attached right and that it was in the car somewhere. After we found it, Jason put it back in place with some good two-sided tape and the alarm worked right again. I told Paul I was amazed at how quickly Jason diagnosed the problem. He told me "Jason was Installer of the Year in the entire country as recognized by the Mobile Electronics Retailers Association back in '06/'07." Paul and Jason are the kind of people who work at AMS and that's the kind of service I've been getting there since 1991. I highly recommend AMS for their selection of quality car stereo equipment, automobile security systems and especially for the people who install everything they sell."
