I just wanted to comment on the service we received from Matt and another gentleman from Complete Auto Glass , out of the Verona Area. I had them come out to replace a windshield in my F-150. He arrived on time , gave me a call beforehand. He got to work right away as I went about my business. I noticed another van had pulled up about an hour later. Later I learned that they had the wrong the windshield. However had the ability to send another van and bring the right one. This is important when you pick a business. Especially like us,  we like to shop and give our business to locally-owned businesses. However businesses that are able to provide full-service as complete Auto Glass did. I am so impressed. They were able to do a window replacement for $100 cheaper than anywhere else. It only took about an hour as well! They have wifi, coffee, tea, M&Ms, magazines and even a kid's kit of things to do. Very hospitable. While I was waiting, another customer walked in to get a chip repaired. He was able to help her as well as me and still beat the hour I was estimated. When he took my car into the garage, he looked it over and brought me in to point out that part of my headliner was gouged. He just wanted to let me know it was there in case I later thought it was him. I totally appreciate these types of precautions and alleviates any hassles later on. I can not say enough good things about my experience. I might just punch another hole in my window just to go back. Well...maybe not, but you get the point. read more

My windshield was cracked all the way across. So I went to a local body shop, where I received a ridiculous estimate. Then I found this company. This guy was fast, professional, and very reasonable, He will come to your home, or meet you somewhere convenient. I am elated! Wish I had known about this guy in December when I broke it. My husband had to smash out a window on our mini van due to the 2 year old locking himself and the 6 month old in (long story, and Daddy learned an important lesson about giving him the keys... ) Complete Auto Glass was able to get us in at 8am the next morning. Very appreciated since it was a whopping 4 degrees, so we couldn't go anywhere with a busted out window. Repair took about an hour as promised. Everyone was very friendly when I arrived. I got to relax, drink coffee, and watch TV for an hour while my window was fixed. Price was $200 plus tax, which is significantly cheaper than other quotes we received. Very happy with their work. Hopefully we won't need a repeat visit, but I would not hesitate to go there again. read more

Although I could have gotten my windshield replaced a day sooner at Safelite, Jason was able to beat their offer without my even asking for it. From the little I know, it seems he did a fine job, and as others mention, he was very thoughtful and thorough in acknowledging prior vehicle damage, explaining what to expect from the windshield moving forward, etc. The waiting area is nice and very well kept. To boot, I was happy to support a family business instead of a chain. Unless I move, my wife and I will definitely use Complete Auto Glass for all our future auto glass needs, and I will recommend without hesitation to others! read more

Cannot recommend enough! Definitely the best deal in town and they do pretty darn near seamless work. I had a nickel-sized chip in my windshield that I can no longer even tell existed. When getting quotes around town, Complete Auto Glass was the cheapest by nearly 50%, which made me suspicious. Not only is the work they do excellent, however, but the customer service is nothing but helpful and friendly. Jason did a great job replacing the cracked windshield on my Ford Flex in 8/2017. It was a real pleasure to deal with a small family owned business. Jason and his wife were a pleasure to work with. They did excellent work , got me in promptly and beat the price of the big national windshield replacement company. While I've used Complete before, I felt compelled to write a review following my recent experience. I have a Toyota FJ Cruiser, and have been waiting for the day that the windshield finally cracks from being so vertical. Well, last week was the week! I called Complete and spoke to Dean, who I've used in the past for chip and crack repair. These guys are locally owned and amazing. I don't completely recommend using them for all of your auto glass needs new cars or old cars, customer service is outstanding. At one point I showed up very last minute call my my way home with the big dingin my windshield and they got me in right away you can't ask for better people.
