I love taking my dog to Tiny Tails. I've been taking him there for for about a year and I'm never disappointed. The only downside for me is that I have to make an appointment a month in advance since they're always booked, but I don't mind. Everyone here is super nice and professional and the place is very clean. Before going to Tiny Tails, I took my dog to two different groomers and they did a horrible job and one of them even cut him. Recommended by a neighbor, we booked a session. Our Shih tzu had AWFUL experiences at other groomers but I'm grateful to report that TINY TAILS WAS PERFECT!! Joe took care of our Daisy and she looks ADORABLE! She was happy and perky when we picked her up and after a few hours, I can report that she's not scratching (poor quality shampoos at other places left her MISERABLE in the past), nor groggy (I'm CERTAIN other groomer sedated her without permission!), and just the right length! I really wished that Yelp would give us the option of not putting any stars. Anyone who truly loves their pets should really take the time out of read my review & look at my photos. You know I really wanted to like this place & have it become a regular place since it was somewhat near home. My 10 month old puppy went in for a hair cut on Friday 5/26/17. Granted he was matted and he needed to be shaved down. He came home. I checked him out; there just a little bit of razor bumps probably because his skin was irritated etc... it was red. I figured it would go away since this is the 2nd time he has gotten groomed. HE HAS NOT STOPPED STOP SHAKING SINCE HE CAME BACK FROM THE GROOMERS! I thought it was probably because he barely has any fur and he's cold. I went as far as putting my puppy in a onesie just to keep the body heat and a vest. It's been 4 days since Friday. He is shaking; won't come to me when I call him. He sits there and just shakes like he is in fear! I took him to the dog park on Saturday; again not the first time he went to the dog park. He sat around me most of the time shaking still. Followed my daughter for a little bit ran back. Still in shakes. ***The first time he was groomed elsewhere no razor burns, no shakes; nothing; he came home happy. I wanted to try out another place only because he was UNEVENLY groomed. Really F******* pissed - UPSET that the redness has turned into a rash. I get it sometimes dogs are difficult with staying with still etc.. but groomers should know that and top of if a dog is going to get shaven down with a buzzer they also should know that EXCESSIVE USER OF A BUZZER DOES GET HOT in which it could irritate a dogs skin. STOP THE BUZZING TAKE A BREAK. This place preaches so highly about cage free groomers and wouldn't hurt an animal. But given the circumstances if my puppy was unmanageable you guys should have called me. PERIOD. "HUMANITY OVER VANITY" Maybe it worked out for the majority of people who had their pets groomed here based on the reviews given. It certainly did not work out with my puppy. Will NOT be coming back here & surely will not recommend any of my friends with pets here. I would think twice about this place. PHOTOS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS. MY 10 MONTH IS TRAUMATIZED. Scheduled an appointment with the vet. Great job guys thanks! You know it is really upsetting to see my puppy act the way he is especially since they can't speak or defend themselves as is. *** There should be live video camera feeds implemented in groomers so we can check in on our pets. Peace of mind. Our pets can't speak for themselves and it's our words against the groomers. They can deny all they want but we know our pets and how they are on a regular basis. read more

What can I say....... huh well let me tell you a couple things about this place! For one I forgot my appt. and got a Phone call @12:30 reminding me of a 12:00 appt...... Not even a peep, they did ask if I was still coming in the friendliest tone wear-as my reply was "Is that today" after many apologies on my end the receptionist assured me I can still come in. Secondly I been to a handful of groomers in my years and I have no idea what they do, but that heavy strong smell of dogs/water/hair/etc is not in the air here, very welcoming environment from the workers to the decor and areas where dogs are kept until pickup. As I'm writing im saying "lol"people don't care about that....the cut how was the cut! Pics below and they don't even do it any justice, I was worried because as usual I give vague directions as to what I would like.. and as if the groomer was reading my mind.. honestly guys with everything going on lately hasn't been too much to smile a loud. Smile smile, besides smiling I felt happy I felt good, and I needed that. If I said it once or a million times Tiny Tails Groomers is the place to bring what I call "MY WHOLE WORLD" because that's what my baby Maurice is to me!!!! Thanks for reading. read more

I just had one of the worst experiences with Tiny Tails. I never had any bad experience with any groomer before. I usually bring my toy poodle in early in the morning, by 9:45 am to start the grooming and then i pick him up at 12:00pm. He is a small dog and never took more than 2 hours to groom. My dog is 2 years old and may sometimes get anxiety if he does not see his owners fora while. The groomers were all well aware of this. Today, I brought my dog in at 9:45 as usual. I was informed that someone will call me 30 min before he is ready to pick him up, which is usually 1120/1130 when they call me. Today no one called at all. I got worried and called Tiny Tails at around 11:55am to let them know that I am there and see if my dog is ready. The receptionist told me there was an emergency with another dog who was older and sick and they all had to take care of that dog, therefore informing me that my dog will only be ready in about another hour making this 3 hours. Meanwhile, no one called me before to inform me that there will be a wait time and to inform me of what is going on. I was always used to picking my dog up at the same time every time he went to the groomers and already had previous obligations scheduled for after I pick my dog up. I informed the receptionist over the phone that someone should have reached out to me earlier to inform me that there was an emergency with another dog and that it would take another hour to get my dog ready. She was very rude to me and said "well this is what happened and no one was able to call you at that time". I told the receptionist that I am already there waiting and wish I was informed earlier. The receptionist told me that all they did was wash, dry and brush my dog since 9:45 am. It was 12:00 pm now. I could not believe that all this time for my small 11lb dog, no one even began his haircut and they all just left him and so many other dogs there alone for who knows how long during the emergency. I then told the receptionist that I will be in to pick him up and refuse to keep him there longer for another hour to cut his hair. Once I came in to pick up my dog, he was standing in the playpen crying. They charged me 55$ just for a haircut and blowdry! The groomer then came out very nasty telling me shes done this for 18 years and sometimes it takes 3-4 hours to groom a dog. I completely understand that, however, as per my experience with previous groomers and with Tiny Tails, it never took longer than 2 hours and again, since they had an emergency happen during that time, i informed the groomer that I should have gotten a call to inform me about this because this is my dog in there who is my child. I myself am a healthcare worker and know how it is when it comes to emergency situations, I worked all throughout the rise of Covid and dealt with alot of horrible situations. However, even during emergencies, we never forgot about our other patients and made sure to have at least one person there to keep the family members and other patients updated on their care. We made sure to consider each patient and their time! This should not be treated any different, the parents and family members of the dogs should have been informed and updated!!! Time is value and should be considered! In this situation, there was no proper preparation made to have ONE person out of the whole business team help call others and inform them of the situation!! This was very unprofessional and inappropriate. The way the groomer and receptionist spoke to me was extremely downgrading. At the end, the groomer then made a comment saying "maybe since your dog gets anxiety with you not being there over 2 hours, you should hire a groomer to come to your house" in a snarky attitude way, which she has no right to say to any customer that way who has a dog that get anxiety. This place is therefore not professional and does not keep there word. I am not recommending anyone to come to this place and will not be back, especially seeing how they treat AND speak to their clients. read more

My pom came home looking soo cute. I loved how she was trimmed down the exact way I wanted and her tail looked super fluffy. When we went in the vibe in there was very welcoming and I didn't feel nervous leaving her there (it was her first time being groomed). For 1st time customers they do cageless grooming (like doggy daycare where they can mingle with each other). It was super cute to see my dog and the other dogs interact.
