Partway through the service, I was informed there would be an additional $15 charge to have my nails and toes done at the same time, which was not clearly communicated in advance. When the service was complete, I noticed my previous nail color was still very visible beneath the new polish. The new polish was streaky and uneven. The final total was also higher than the original quote I was given. When I asked about the difference, I was told $15 could be deducted if I left a 5-star Google review and was shown a QR code to do so. I had my nails redone elsewhere the very next day.
