Carbonara - definitely made correctly here with egg yolk, if you are fan of classic carbonara, you'll like theirs. Served with thick fresh spaghetti noodles. Raviolo with Mushroom, Truffle, Parmesan, cream, and sausage. You can put this dish right next to anything you will eat in Spain (including those having Michelin stars) and it will hold its own. The York had a mayo based hollandaise with Iberian ham on it which didn't have much flavor but was still good. The Cecina had a mustard based hollandaise with corned beef which had a very good smoky flavor to it. Overall it was a nice atmosphere, great service d and great food. I would definitely recommend.
