The Owner of the restaurant overheard me speaking about my allergies and immediately came and assisted me. I've never had anyone to just come and fix the situation so quickly. It's a real gem with country home cooked food. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. She cook with love and soul as you taste it in her food. The prices varies anywhere from $8-$12 for breakfast and $12-$30 for your dinner. She also serves freshly cooked desserts that is displayed in the window so you won't forget even though you're going to be so full so the dessert will be for later. You're able to sit inside but they also have a drive thru if you wanted to take your food home. On the wall inside she has a story of what made her start her restaurant. She had other employees that's nice and courteous as well so I think it's a family owned restaurant. They also use Door Dash, Uber Eats, GrubHub for deliveries. First off, if you're looking for a quick place to grab and go. Keep looking. Apparently this is a made to order place, which is not advertised. So when we order our "large order" of the following: 2 chicken wing lunches, one shrimp lunch, one salmon dinner, and one fried rib dinner. This order took them 1 HOUR AND 25 MINUTES to make. We almost said forget it after 40minutes but then the car in front moved up and we thought it would be just another 5 minutes. I guess we thought wrong. When we finally got our food. The wing were super small and they gave us a lot of fries. The ratio was completely disproportionate. Tippy's was good. It was really good, but I won't be back because y'all are too far if I'm ever in the area at the bus stop by and get some tippy stories is very different started with their grandma. She was a cook there. She was great in the community she she fed people. She make sure everybody straight and then they turn into this restaurant and tribune on of her and everything is good. I had the turkey Wing dinner. I also had the fried chicken dinner. They both was really good with the yellow rice. it was fire and my wife enjoyed it and my wife is very very picky so for her to like tip that says a lot the price is they are very reasonable. Though the customer service is lacking and waiting is long they have just open a new location. speaking with the owner whom is very sweet and understanding I feel this business will become a big hit restaurant. This place is literally a hidden gem. I heard about it through a family member of mine and I wish I would've heard about it sooner. I believe they had their own restaurant but recently moved inside of the valero but back to the food. I purchased the grilled lobster dinner, the dinners all come with your choice of rice and two sides and it's so many to choose from. I went with yellow rice, Mac and cheese, and collard greens and I have no regrets. You can place your order over the phone or in store but sadly it's no delivery, I mean if there were I would definitely pig out with their oxtails or really anything on the menu. I called to inform them that the address they have provided is wrong and I asked to speak to the manager and nobody act like they wanted to talk to me. We found this place by luck. Its hidden inside a gas station. We just finished playing at a football tournament close by and was starving. The place was actually closed. The ladies had just finished putting everything away. These ladies were absolutely AMAZING. We told them we were from Cali for football and they told us hold up and brought everything back out for us. Let me tell y'all....THE FOOD, PRICES, and LADIES were to die for!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Heard about this Restaurant as it's local. Tried to support today. 1st red flag, Cashier has on NO MASK. Even if you're not handling the food, a mask should be required in the food & beverage industry! 2nd Issue- No Mac and cheese. Advised it'll be a 35min wait. Why wasn't this prepared as the other pan went low? I agreed to wait (ordered my food at 6pm) 3rd- Someone comes to my vehicle about 30mins later and tells me "Seafood rice is SOLD OUT" Annoyed I choose another rice option. But in my head they have to be preparing my food since I was just advised of something else not being available. 4th- 10mins pass and no one has STILL BROUGHT ANYTHING out to me. So I then go inside. They tell me the mac STILL ISN'T DONE! Mind you I've been waiting for about 45mins now, after being told it's a 35min wait! I ask for a refund. NO ONE APOLOGIES AT ALL! Then the owner had the audacity to ask "YOU MAD" Like Really! Who asks that after never even apologizing to a customer. Customer service Definitely will be this establishment DOWNFALL! I got the refund of $35. Now I'll go spend $70 or more with an establishment with at the very least basic customer service skills (Still cant believe they didn't apologize) then asks am I mad! When you call to place your order the girl that answers has a very bad attitude and tries to rush you off the phone... once you get there the food isn't ready and you have to wait 45 min or more.. they won't let you know they are out of things until they get to your order..they honestly should close down and sell dinners from there home. read more

My family and I ordered food from Tippy's and very disappointed in what we had received. The rice was had and half cook . And the collar greens was full of vinegar and so was the green beans.
