I arrived a few minutes before my 3pm appointment and waited. The esthetician came out and said it would be two more minutes, I waited again. She then came out and said that her previous appointment was moving very slowly, was still on the bed and she had run out of product. I told her I would reschedule and walked out--granted I was not happy. Then I get a voice mail saying that since I "missed" my appointment I would be charged unless I came back. Fortunately, I was still in the area so I went back--now furious--and asked them what they meant I had missed the appointment. I had been there and was being told there were more delays to getting me in. Now I'm waiting for the manager to call and decide if out of the goodness of her heart she will not charge me for an appointment that I attended but that her staff couldn't. If I had been 15 minutes late, they would have quickly informed me that I couldn't get the full service. Customer service is dead.
