Just got the most beautiful set of Ombre acrylics! Everyone was so nice and their prices are great!

This has been my go-to nail spot for years--conveniently located just down the road from me, and consistently excellent in both service and atmosphere. I always try to call ahead since it can get pretty busy (it's in a bustling plaza), but even when things are hectic, the staff is so accommodating and kind. They truly go out of their way to make sure you leave happy and taken care of. I usually treat myself to both a mani and pedi during my visits--because let's be honest, we all deserve a little "me time" whenever we can squeeze it in. But today was extra special. I'm getting married next week (!!), and I let them know during my appointment. Rose and Helen went above and beyond to make my nails perfect for the big day. Their attention to detail, care, and warmth meant so much to me. Thank you to the entire team--I'll be coming here until we move to Japan. You've set the bar high. read more

Dropped by for a walk in gel pedicure, was attended to right away. Massage chairs were comfortable. Drinks were offered, my nail tech (I believe her name was Jerry) suggested trying to viet coffee which was strong but I loved it. The ladies here were so nice. One of my gel nails came off the same day, I went back the next day to get it fixed. They fit me in immediately for free even though it was busy. I am writing this review two weeks later and no issues with my gel polish. I declined a manicure due to my work not allowing any polish. I thought it was so sweet that I was given a free fingerboard file to do my own nails while my toes were worked on. read more

I've been coming to this salon for 5+ years and it was my time to relax but lately it's been anything but! The new manager Jennifer is loud and constantly talking . Also she is always trying to upsell and if I dont agree they just speed through my service to move on to the next. I am spending $90 each visit not including tip My choice on service still deserves good service and care. There are a few technicians that do honor and respect your choice while providing excellent service but many like Jennifer who only see you as money. Request the good ones! read more

Emily has been extremely rude to me on 2 occasions, and I have seen her yell at other customers as well. She makes me feel very uncomfortable, and I noticed that she has made the other customers feel uncomfortable as well. The only reason I continue to come here is because of Jennifer. There are some really good, hard workers but it feels like there is favoritism for certain employees. I really hate to leave this review since I had a wonderful experience with one person in the past but I do feel like maybe her boss isn't fair to her. I had brought my mom here recently to get her nails done for her birthday. My mom wanted a basic service but one worker kept sweet-talking customers into paying for unnecessary more expensive services. We ended up paying for more and only realized it was unnecessary afterwards. Still, even after paying for services already, one of the ladies kept pressuring us to pay for extras. It was really frustrating since they barely spoke English as did my mom so I was trying to say no for her but it kinda felt like they were ignoring me. I also saw them sleeping on the spa chairs I'm pretty sure are meant for clients. I've never experienced such an unprofessional environment. They don't welcome you and immediately they seem to find guests an inconvenience unless money is mentioned. Even just getting a pedicure means the service is grouchy and RUDE. When the main service is over, they abandon the client, which is especially rude if the client is older and may need some extra assistance like my mom. When you order the most basic package, they work so haphazardly and don't seem to care if they hurt their clients in the process! We pay money for these services and some of the workers act like we're a burden when performing their services. They seem to fight between one another so loudly that it starts becoming disruptive especially for captive audiences that we clients become by paying for any services. The weekends seem to be utterly packed with workers so any arguments will just be amplified. I will be telling my friends and family to avoid a majority of the ladies. But the ones that provide the best and friendliest services are the ones who appear to speak more English, I don't know their names but they always seem to be booked and always seem to smile and enjoy guests unlike the other employees. These workers should not have to have their work compromised by the surrounding staff and management. Management needs to be fair to both customers and honest employees instead of letting the others be greedy. Because right now this is a very poor salon. I've been here quite a few times but I'm reconsidering moving forward as it seems all the drama and maltreatment is normal! read more

I tried this place a few years ago and hoped they got better since I live so close. No. If anything they have gotten worse and I am embarrassed to say that I let them talk me into keeping gel on my nails because they said to have it take off would have been more money. Now that I think about it, that's just wrong. As it turns out the gel did not last three weeks or even a full one and on my vacation, I watched my nails fall apart. A group of friends and I went here to get our nails done for various events that we are all going to. I got a mani pedi. The pedi was nice and I appreciated their extra touches and did feel relaxed. The mani was not fantastic. I got polish and I had asked for square nails and she gave me rounded, so I reminded her that I asked for square which she wasn't too pleased about. I showed a couple people a very simple design I wanted and it ultimately looked bad. Without the design, I would've been much more pleased with my mani. I payed for a design and expected more. The ambiance was nice and there and the prices are very reasonable. I could consider going back if my primary nail lady wasn't available. Update: 2.5 weeks later, my polish still looks great with very minimal chips. I'm impressed especially because it's polish! read more

Went to this place for the first time. I was always skeptical because of the low ratings on here. I decided to give it a try because it's so close to my house. I actually wasn't disappointed! I received a manicure/pedicure from Danni (unsure if this is her name). I walked in on a Monday afternoon and there were only about 6 workers and every chair was full. They told me 15 minutes. I walked to Ralph's and got a coffee and by the time I was back they were ready for me. Danni took her time with my nails. None of them were personable per se, but they all seemed to be focused on their work- which was fine for me! There was one lady who seemed to be in charge. She seemed like she was sick (had a mask on and was drinking tea and soup) she wasn't working with any customers and had a mask on which is appreciated. It wasn't the best massage or anything on my hands or feet but I think the price reflects that. It was $40 for a normal mani/pedi. I'd go back because of how close it is to me but if I want to be "pampered" and relax, I'd go somewhere else. They did a decent job though! read more

Horrible!!! Walked in Friday afternoon. The $60 pedicure was trash. Expected me to put my feet in an empty basin. Can't remember who did my toes but the experience gave she just graduated cosmetology school, yesterday. Full set acrylic was done by Kathy who has no customer service, cut me twice and when I said something about it she tells me it's my cuticles. And recommend a Russian manicure and says she offers the same service at her own shop she started that day. Lol I can't make this up. My nails aren't all the same shape. And very thin. Went to pay $140 in services in cash the lady who gave me my change, shorted me I counted in front of her and told her. She laughs! Will not return or recommend. Beware!! read more

Went in with high hopes but was disappointed :/ I went back to ask her if she could file them more from the sides or something cause I thought they were too thick and she didn't talk at all and started filing at the side without even asking me anything, then just said done and started walking away. I'm not confrontational so I just decided to take the L and go but everyone agreed with me that they're ugly. She also glued the acrylic to my skin on almost all my fingers but mostly my thumbs and they hurt all afternoon cause she kept pulling the skin back so hard when filing them. Sad cause it's close by and the salon is nice and looks clean for the most part but the service sucks read more

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TODAY! Came on my off day to pamper myself with a pedicure and gel build refill and left absolutely upset and disturbed! YVONNE did great on my feet and was very kind. As for EMILY, absolutely disgustingly rude and her manager needs to have a conversation with her. I asked her a simple question if she was using GEL X or regular gel and she said responded so rude and explained each salon is different and "I know what I'm doing" she then proceeded to aggressively hit my hand and move it roughly. I 100% know she was talking crap about me, she made me feel tense and uncomfortable. Emily does not deserve a job there, if you're wise and hear the word EMILY ask for someone else. Made an appointment for 2 pedicures at 10am days prior. Arrive about 5 before my appointment. They had us sit and wait for 30 minutes, meanwhile 3 other people with appointments were immediately serviced for pedicures as soon as they walk through the door. Pedicure review only! I loved my pedicure experience here. Once you walk in, there's a screen where you can check in. I didn't make a reservation because I went during the day on a week day; however, I'd suggest calling in beforehand to see if there's a wait. The lady I had was very meticulous and was not rushed whatsoever. I was able to relax during my treatment. I highly recommend! read more

Well this is the third time coming here and I found this place by mistake. I like the location and there is plenty of parking even in the back lot. Staff is friendly and efficient. Took my daughter to get a pedi the polish was old and clumpy I asked for another lady to have a look at my daughters toe polish they removed all of her polish and the same lady was going to proceed to paint her toe nails with the same clumpy polish !
