As were those hot links! Whew! Everything was succulent, except that I found the chicken to be a touch dry. And for a tray for 6-8 people, how about containers of potato salad and beans? Those were about 2 cups each. You know y'all just got those sides in bulk at Costco. Anyways the sauce had the complexity of a family recipe covering the smoked meats to perfection.
