It's not a bad place! The servers were friendly, the prices were good, and it has a decent variety to the menu. It was decorated nicely! We were thankful it was open on a Sunday evening! We ate here in October 2024 while on vacation and it was so good that we cant wait to go again in March when we get back to the island! Don't expect fine dining, align your expectations - this is good bar food! It is clean, fast, and friendly staff! My wife and I ate here twice that one week we were on the island and may eat there our first night upon our return the month after next! We loved their chicken tenders tossed in buffalo sauce and the burger and fries are great too! Their ranch dressing is also great! It's hard to argue with a $12 grilled mahi fish sandwich and side. Absolutely no one in the area can touch that price. Food was fresh, fries were good, and atmosphere is like a welcome home type of neighborhood pub. We've also had the Philly cheesesteak and chicken tenders both were quite good. This place has been newly remodeled, clean and has lots of tv's if you like to watch sports. It was pretty empty when we arrived and employees were nice but not very attentive... on phones and seemed bored. Food was pretty good, but not great. Slim portions on tuna tacos, chicken philly was a bit dry and chicken chunks were too big for my liking, I prefer it chopped more. Stopped in on New Year's Day because not much else was open, but really glad this place was. Wife and I ordered wings, grilled shrimp, a fried fish and shrimp platter, and a burger. Very clean and super casual. It's not quite a foodie destination but the food is above average along with cold beer and a full bar.

The new owners did a lot of cosmetic work on this local watering hole. Unfortunately, they didn't take the time on the menu or food flavor that they did with the building. My husband had the shrimp and flounder basket. He said it was ok. Not the best he's had. I do like their fries. The slaw was a rough cut. The pieces were rather large I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak. The bread was huge. I didn't find mushrooms. The onions and peppers were predominant. There was a good amount of meat, but it wasn't seasoned. People around us were ordering beer, but they didn't have that kind, or it wasn't cold yet. I'll give them the rest of the season and try again. Hopefully, they'll work on the menu. read more

Walked in and didn't get acknowledged. Sat at a the only open table which still needed to be cleaned. Others walked in after us and got tables cleaned and waited on. After 10 minutes and no acknowledgment that we were there. We're local but never going again. read more

Visited Tipsy Tuna for the first time last night. The food was excellent, the staff were friendly and provided great service. The restaurant was decorated nicely and well maintained. The food was served in a timely manner, hot and plentiful. We had BBQ grilled shrimp, cheeseburgers, and crab dip...all very good. We tried a new beer (new to us from Ohio), Hummingbird...very nice and more importantly, ice cold. We're looking forward to our next visit and trying additional menu items. I took friends there after a very good experience last week. Ambiance and service remained 5 star. My party of 5 had 6 different menu items. The wings to get us started were excellent. The kids Mac & cheese and Fry's got thumbs up from the 6 year old. The remaining items rated less than anticipated. The Tuna Poco bowl was mostly rice and the tuna should not have been cooked. The flounder on the flounder sandwich and in the fish and shrimp combo basket was very thin, not much fish. The crab cake was also very thin. The cuts of fish and crab meat will need to get a bit larger. Onion rings and okra were excellent as sides. Sorry, but the tuna, crab and flounder items did not receive high marks from my guests. We will try again. A new business deserves a chance to make it. read more

This was our first time at this restaurant. The inside was nicely done the staff was very friendly making it feel like a neighborhood place(exactly what I would expect). Shelby was the only waitress working with all tables full and kept everyone happy. Bartender was also helping and attentive to everyone coming in. Food was good and prices were reasonable. This used to be Chasers, which we frequented. Apparently everyone must be very new because it was painful watching this young lady measure exactly the perfect amount for a single. Its good to know you guys are this afraid of taking care of local customers who tip very well, at least we know where NOT to spend our money! read more
