I have an older car that definitely would not still be on the road if it weren't for these guys. I get all of my oil changes here (full synthetic for $40!), and any other fixes my car needs (new catalytic converter & o2 sensor, serpentine belt, etc.) They do great work and don't take advantage of you or your wallet. They have always given me a fair price on parts and labor. I know this because I have a Parts Director, who has been in the car business for over 35 years, in the family. Van's was very upright and honest because frankly, being a female, I have been "fooled" into spending money I dont have. Their service was fast, friendly, and very accommodating. I did NOT need a new tire and to fix my issue was $27. That was 2 weeks ago. This week I had a similar problem...a different tire was completely flat. Friends pumped my tire enough that I was able to get to Van's and again, they patched/fixed my tire:$27. They couldn't estimate how long it would take for them to get to my vehicle and offered to take me home and pick me up when it was ready. THAT my friends is service. Now before anyone suggests otherwise...in 50 years of driving I ever had a flat tire . When I signed the papers for both my financing and insurance I opted out for roadside assistance and extended warranty to save a few $$$. Just go to Van's!

So I went this morning and he was on his way out to an appt. He ran outside and asked if I could come back in an hour as he needed to get to this appt. I said sure and left. He was very apologetic but I get it, life happens and we all have things that pop up. I went back around 12:45 and waited a bit as there was another customer in the bay ahead of me. As soon as the other car was complete I was waived into the bay. I showed him the Groupon and I accidentally purchased the incorrect Groupon for my vehicle (I have a Jetta) oops so he told me he would honor that one and had me pull up Groupon to see what the cost would be if I had purchased the correct one. He just charged me the difference for the one I had purchased and the cost of the one I should've purchased. I know for next time. It's a small business with two bays. I think it's just him and one other employee. He's very nice and I like to support small family businesses. I was in and out pretty quick too. He told me my tires pressure was really low. Explains why my sensor came on. Yes I'm one of those women! Anyway I recommend J's oil change.
