They replaced my tires and removed the original TPMS sensors without telling me. Instead of reinstalling the sensors, they put in regular rubber valve stems with no sensors, which violates California law (FMVSS 138 and BAR safety standards). When I returned and said the tire pressure warning light came on right after the installation, they told me to go to a Honda dealer and claimed they didn't know anything. Later, I realized they had installed plain valve stems with no TPMS at all -- even though the original wheels had sensors. Completely dishonest and unacceptable. Be careful -- if your tire pressure warning light comes on after tire replacement, it likely means they removed your sensors and installed wheels without TPMS. Value: Around $300 for 4 tires! read more

When we went outside to look it said Othsu. The infiniti drives fine. My boyfriend didn't want to fuss about it just paid and drove off. It's misleading to quote to a customer a brand that wasn't it eventhough he claims Othsu is a subsidiary of Falken (well Falken is part of sumitomo and Othsu is too)... but really just say Othsu. Whenever I am in need of tire repair or new tires, this is the place. It's a family owned business with excellent customer service and work ethic. Today I had a flat tire so I called ahead to inquire about pricing and I ended up getting :2. They do have reasonable, good prices. Felt a vibration I didn't before and went to another shop to have them take a look and rebalance the wheels. They were all balanced improperly here the first time since they showed me. On top of that they showed me that 2 of my rims were bent. How would you install new tires on bent rims. Balance was horrible to begin with. Wouldn't recommend coming here. It's the last time I will. Be careful buying tires here. Make sure they are an authorized dealer of the brand you choose, otherwise there may be no warranty. I bought 4 new tires, and one of them blew out via the side wall after 30 days. They advised the tire was not covered and offered me a new tire for a lesser price if I paid cash??! I called the manufacturer of these tires, and the tire was completely covered under warranty. The manufacturer sent me to another tire dealer to pickup my new tire. This seemed to me to be a dishonest attempt to draw more money from the customer (senior citizen) to make it worse. I was told that these people were not authorized dealers. read more
