They have since moved and expanded their services in their new, more spacious location on Joy Street. At my most recent visit everything went well. I had an oil change with oil and cabin air conditioning filters replaced. The mechanic found my front two tires were bald on the inside. From the outside view the tires looked fine, but when the mechanic crawled under the car he discovered the problem with the tires. Can't even do a basic alignment is a big red flag, stay away from this shop especially dealing with the owner. Just picked up my Lexus LS460 from Viet / Tony today. He replaced all 5 control arms + bearing hub assembly + alignment for the rear driver side. A random guy hit the rear driver side tire, and it was super wobbly. All bent and misaligned. Suspension was destroyed! It couldn't be driven at all and needed to be towed. So I called Viet / Tony and he suggested I tow the car to his shop. He got the job done in 2 days! I dropped it off Friday noon, and picked it up Saturday 430pm. Incredibly fast service and extremely affordable price! You probably cannot find a more affordable price in town! The owner (Viet / Tony) is extremely knowledgeable about cars. The level of customer service from this auto shop is honestly not the best. Sure, there are great mechanics/workers, however, there is usually a language/communication barrier. Furthermore, the main person, who I believe is Tony, he can be quite rude. He doesn't explain things and gets mad/upset at you if you have a question. I'm not a car person and want to know if using this engine oil over another is better or if I should replace this part or trying to understand what is going on under the hood, which are questions that anyone should have the time to help someone be knowledgeable, but unfortunately he doesn't give you the time nor respect, but rather raises his voice and makes you feel like an idiot for asking these questions and not trusting that he knows what he is doing. Most of the time I feel that the prices he charges is mostly fair/reasonable, which is why I went to this shop. However, I truly wish that the level of respect/customer service could be much better. I understand that the shop is busy and that we are all busy, but there are certain rules that everyone should follow like being respectful. When something is wrong with our cars, we want to go to someone who will tell us and help us to understand if it is serious, something that can wait, or something that is just normal due to age of the car. I'm unsure of the other reviews and their interactions, but truthfully I don't appreciate the meanness/attitude that comes from this shop, especially when asking questions or wanting to use the recommended oil over another. read more
