Everything! Purchased 4 new tires as they suggested, Also, requested an alignment & oil change. Following day, I knew the tires weren't balanced accurately. Brought the car back to have them check and fix the problem, said it was the balancing & all is fixed. Hit the highway again at 65mph, steering wheel still shaking at 65mph. Called again to make an appointment, I scheduled for 11am that Saturday, I get there and they couldn't honor my appointment. The technician wasn't there. Tried calling Monro, the corporate office, No getting through to Guest Services at Corp. Tried calling GS six times, was hung up on every time. Called corporate AR to try and get through. wow, they answered, told me to email. Email she gave me bounced back undeliverable. Finally called to make a new appt at the Pinellas Park location! YAY!! Spoke to the manager, Marty, and he was gracious to take on fixing Largo's screw up, even though he would have to do it for free. We bought 4 new tires for our car. My wife drover home & I checked everything the next day. 3 of the 4 tires were at 55psi. Incredibly disappointed & frustrated at such rookie mistakes. I also bought 2 new tires there recently. Management & ownership needs to realize if someone gets killed from a blown tire they need to be held accountable!! read more

I could write a whole book on all the things that went wrong at this shop. Although I had discussed it no less than 3 times with them, they did not even look at or acknowledge one of the main reasons I brought my car in. The manager, who was very involved in helping the associate trying to assist me, admitted that he did not listen to anything I was saying about my car because "I wasn't his customer." He also told me that the guy assisting me is still learning the auto business and doesn't know anything about cars. So... I guess the manager is comfortable enough with this employee to let him assist customers when he doesn't know what he's talking about. Unbelievable... read more

On Saturday Nov.19/22, I took my flat tire into Tire Choice on S. Belcher Rd. They were very understanding about my misfortune. They said they would have it repaired very quickly. Ryan the tire tech, took my car, fixed my flat, returned the spare under the van, replaced all the tools to their compartment and made sure all the air pressure was equal in all tires. Jim and the workers were very professional, their waiting room was clean and inviting. This is the place to get quality work done---your vehicle will be safe to drive when you leave. My wife got a flat tire. She picked this place to get it repaired because of the very positive reviews. They told her it could not be reliably repaired because of where it was in the tire. Puncture was right through the tread. They told her she needed a new tire. This kind of repair is easy to do and completely reliable. It's just a plug. I've done this myself and had tire places do similar repairs several times over the years. They lied to her to try to get her to spend more money. They ended up charging her $30 for the repair. They also told her they would give her a 5% discount for a 5 star rating on google reviews. Liars and cheats. Avoid. read more

We were passing through Clearwater and our brake light went out and we were looking for a quick fix before hitting the road and Tire Choice was perfect!! So easy to make an appointment online, very straightforward. When we pulled up the staff was quick and we didn't even need to get out of the car he fixed it and we were on our way, the experience was maybe 5 minutes. Great service overall! read more
