Called on a Thursday to make an appointment for a Monday. Told the guy what I wanted and got a quote. Went Monday. The girl at the front is asking my name and what was I there for. And now all of a sudden the tires I wanted are 200 more that what they guy quoted me. I knew right away there was going to be an issue. Went ready to wait the 2 hours to get the job done. Come to find out they don't have my tires. She proceeds to ask me to come back at 3. My appointment was at 9. Sorry lady i don't do 3pm. She tried to blame it on the call center. Mind you talking to the call center was like talking to Ferris bullers door bell, because I called twice. The call center had the same exact tone and no personality the two times I called. I told the girl at the front I knew it was not her fault because she didn't take the initial call and wasn't in charge of ordering the tires. She tried to give me a quote for something else and I told her I wasn't interested in anything else besides Goodyear or Michelin tires and I don't want any brand that I never even heard of. Of course they didn't have it. So I just left. Really disappointed because my family and I have been coming here for years. Horrible customer service. Front desk lady basically tried ripping me off by not providing my full service I paid for. And she would have if I didn't know my stuff. Went in today 10/18/25 for all four tires replacement, WITH balancing and TPMS kit replacement. I made sure I mentioned that to her when I dropped off my car. Upon picking up my car, I inspected it making sure everything was done before leaving. I noticed that the TPMS kits were never replaced, I asked her about it and she tried playing it dumb saying that it was the valves and that it was done. I reiterated that I had asked for the tpms kits to be done as it was included in the Cost I paid for. She again mentioned the valves and then asked me "how can you tell" (that the TPMS kit wasnt replaced) so I walked over to my car and pointed at them. She then went to the mechanic and told him what I was saying. I mentioned to the mechanic that they should have been replaced as i had already paid for them, mechanic said okay. The front lady said she needed my keys and I handed them to her, but as she grabbed the keys, she yanked them out of my hands like she was mad that I was asking them to redo that part of my tires. I then had to wait another 30+ minutes for them to do what should have been done to being with, on top of the 2 hrs and 15 minutes I had to wait to get my car after being told it would take 1.5hrs.. read more

Already paid $1900 for shotty work done on my 2002 Honda odyssey. Now these crooks tried to damage my 2016 dodge Durango by not doing the oil and transmission fluid changes I paid them to do. They have been reported to BBB and Alliance for investigation. I will take all my vehicles to Romona tires on Hemlock from now on, they are professional at this location Goodyear on Perris and Sunny mead turns customers away but had no business at the time. Let me tell you something about this place I've attached pictures my car didn't even have 30,000 miles on it and this business tried to tell me that my water pump was leaking grease and throwing it on the engine where the belts at. Look at the pictures of how much they wanted to charge me. Yeah mr. Mike you better believe I am going to check with my Hyundai warranty. Took it to my dealership today and there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car they said it looks like somebody spilled oil or grease all over... look how much they want to charge me for the cabin air filter air filter and throttle body service you can do this by yourself no problem for less than 30 bucks and get it done in an hour... I wish I'd never given you my business for the tires so disappointed in you guys...disgusting. Update... so if you see the certified owner's response he definitely degrades women that speak up for themselves... and do things for themselves like take care of their vehicles so they don't get ripped off. UPDATE Review After a month later, Tire Choice agreed to issue a refund for the alignment. I ask why not compensate for the Part and Labor on the broken side, they said NO. The representative said she can only issue an alignment refund because it should've never been done in the first place as a 2008, but it was done and 5 minutes after driving the strut rod break/snap. Again, the tech input vehicle as 2008 (incorrect specs) then performed the alignment. The manager said that using the 2008 specs is around the same ball park as a 2009. Imagine him working as an engineer for SpaceX, and he was leading a project to get a rocket with humans to space. He voices to his team as long as the numbers are around the same ball park, it's okay. I highly think the rocket will explode during launch with his "logical thinking." The manager also mentioned the break/snap from strut rod was cause by Rust, Year and Mileage. I advise anyone driving an older vehicle stay out of rain, be cautious with Year and Mileage, it might be a common issue for a strut rod to break/snap according to this manager at Tire Choice. My local mechanic advised me to get the alignment re-done after he replaced the broken strut cause by TIRE CHOICE. After getting the alignment re-done (NOT from TIRE CHOICE) Honda Pilot feels alot better. No more noise coming from driver side when turning left or right. Can't stress this enough, spreading awareness using this TIRE CHOICE location as they enter wrong specifications for alignment and don't own up to the damage they caused. read more

EXTREME BUYER BEWARE!!!! I brought my truck in for a simple alignment after having shocks replaced and the upper control arm because I didn't have access to an alignment lift/equptment . I think my mistake besides going there was letting Jose the (new) manager know about said aforementioned repairs. Well this super manager and his team was taking awhile and I went for a walk, only to be told upon my return that whomever did my repairs left the shock nuts loose and the shop's work was subpar and started to talk about shocks as if he was about to sell me some different ones, but out of the goodness of his heart for some reason would tighten them for me as if it was a favor. Now ,we're not talking slightly loose, but the nut was nearly completely backed all the way off the shock stud and his mechanic was spinning it back and forth to illustrate the discrepancy. So I immediately called the shop where the repairs took and they verified that yes the shocks were properly tightened. Unbeknownst to him, I helped in stall the shocks two days prior and had in fact just looked at them that morning and informed them that they were in deed properly tightened and his mechanic must've loosened them so I would panic and get lured into an upsell of further unnecessary repairs. I also informed this guy that this was not the way my shocks looked before I came in, and this dude argued with me that they probably loose since being installed two days ago, which any mechanically inclined person knows this it not the case because when you properly tighten shocks, the rubber bushings flatten out under the torque and I have yet in over 20 plus years see one back of the way these two guys were trying to illustrate, besides as loose as the nuts where according to them on both sides mind you I should've heard them because I go over speed bumps in my neighborhood and it would've gave clank, thud or some type of noise. So after a brief disagreement that got nowhere only seemingly this guy getting caught in his his attempt to upsell more service , because apparently that's probably how or why he got promoted in the first place. So take some pics video of your automobile prior because I got the feeling you are going to need them when they "inspect/diagnose your complaint. I hope this isn't the best pool of candidates Tire Choice had to choose from, unless the company backs this type of misleading customer service practices to upsell and prey on public for financial gain. I always try to buy to purchase in Moreno Valley as I live there. I am a serious buyer and if I go looking it is because I'm going to buy. I decided to get quotes from 5 dealerships via the internet with the exception of Moreno Valley for the reasons above. I was very honest with the salesperson before I test drove the car. I drove the Hyundai Sonata Limited Hybrid. It was a great car. I asked the salesman to please email me the complete price of vehicle to which he agreed. After a few hours the proposal never came and I called. He told the manager told him to just me the price on the phone. Four dealers cane through with prices. I purchased my car at Cardinale Hyundai in Corona who treated us like gold. I picked Hyundai Moreno as my service center online. I had a slight problem and asked to make an appointment. I was asked if I bought the car there after which they gave me an appointment close to 3 weeks later. I responded to them online when sent an email in regards to the service I received when buying the car. We then emailed the owner/General Manager regarding the wait for service. No response from anyone. How can people buy a vehicle in your own city when they are treated in this manner. I give them 1 star for the sales department and even less for the Service Department. read more

Came in to have my breaks serviced and Mike was very helpful and attentive. I had many question over the phone and he answered them all even after I called back 5 different times. I drive a 2018 VW Tiguan and had recently had and oil change at my Volkswagen dealer and they had quoted me $650 just for my rear breaks, so I called today and I had all my brakes serviced and fluids exchanged for $500. A couple of months ago we went I to get the shocks replaced, simple enough job right? Turns out that the guy who installed them didn't properly bolt one of them into place and eventually the rear passenger shock broke through the chassy and now we have a big gaping hole were the nut is supposed to be. Of course, despite being their fault for a half ass job, they took no responsibility and now we are running around body shops trying to get that fixed out of our own pockets. You would think that after a couple of years of coming to them for tires and repairs, they would show some customer gratitude and pay for their mistake, but sadly they don't. Waited nearly two hours for a two front tire swap, tires that I provided. I think that's an incredible amount of time for a simple service. I get home and notice a center cap missing. Next day I noticed one of the tires were mounted in the wrong direction. I go back for them to correct it and I'm still waiting nearly an hour. Absolute nightmare. Avoid this location, if you can. Their service is beyond slow..borderline careless for people's time. Side note: front guy going by Gabe needs to step up his people skills. Honesty is the best policy and they should be up front on their prices services they are offering. As a female customer we can be easily intimidated on going to auto shops so I decided to try this place and hopefully find a employee that would make me feel comfortable and make me want to go back again for my car needs. I was quoted over the phone for a oil change and I asked if that was the price before taxes and the guy that answered the phone said yes it is. I even asked twice if my car qualified for that "special" before I drive Down and waste time and he reassured me that it did. After he was filling out the paper work and finding my file in their system he changes his demeanor and tells me it will be a different price. I informed him that that wasn't the price we agreed on. And he tells me that the price he gave me was only if I applied for a credit card, other than that the price was changed. Since it really pissed me off that he wasn't honest from the start and wanted me to be physically in the shop to basically corner me and apply for the stupid credit card I wasn't ashame to tell him I will no longer do business with them take my money elsewhere. Which I rather give my money to my main dealer (Raceway Nissan). I rather give them the $30 and have my car in better hands, washed and vacuumed for that price. Lucky for me I had previously bought my oil change on a "buy one get your next oil change free" special (which I completely forgot) and my bad sour day ended up being a fantastic day!!! Their crappy service made me take my money elsewhere. And like I said before it wasn't about money because I decided to schedule a appointment with the dealer on additional services rather than them.
