Car does not have even 5,000 miles on it. Hardly drive it. Only need a tire patch. Guy in front of store tells me we have 2 problems. Can't fix tire with patch since tires are so old. 5 yrs old. Then goes into a bs story of dept of transportation won't allow them to patch a tire this old since it could explode. Need new tires. I said give me my keys. He didn't realize we have a business with a fleet of cars and trucks that have safely been patched. Went down the street to Tire Kingdom and no problem. Done and over. My wife and I have been here several times over the years, mostly for tire issues as we live in a new construction neighborhood and sometimes get nails and the tires. we are almost always been able to get an appointment to save our next day and found the staff very friendly and helpful. Most recently, my wife had an issue with her tire while I was out of town. they were able to plug it very cheaply and could easily have told her she needed a whole new tire of more expensive repair and she would not have known any better. We find this place genuinely honest, they don't try to over sell, and they get the job done as quick as they can. While they do have a waiting room, it's not exactly the most comfortable accommodation so we recommend having a friend or family member pick you up and bring you back later if possible. I went in for an oil change 7/24/25 and I had to go back because I had an oil leak. I went back on 10/29/25 and now I am back again for the oil leak. They charged me $125.02 the first time and $177.00 the second time. I do not understand why if I had a problem the first time this should have been fixed. I have never experienced a oil leak on my car. I will never visit this place again not professional at all. Why would you do an oil change the second time? Waited 2 1/2 hours for a mount and balance of 4 new tires after booking an appointment on a weekday figuring it wouldn't be too busy. Never told up front that the price for mount and balance had gone up significantly. I had tires mounted and balanced there 3 times before. I was told it costs $185 Wow. When picking up my vehicle the associate working the front desk was not able to provide me with a document of the services they conducted that day . The associate then typed in the "services they provided" in the "services requested" section. He said, "it didn't matter because tires are interchangeable." I came to Tires Choice to have my front driver tire repaired, and to have my tires rotated. I had previously purchased my tires through Tires Choice and they were still under warranty. The associate told me that my tire was repaired and that my tires had been rotated. When I got home, I inspected my tire and could see the chalk mark made to identify where the leak was which verifies that they NEVER rotated my tires because it was still on my front left driver side. read more

Documented issues with my car on someone else's work order. 2. Didn't document needed repairs on my work order. 3. Mechanic said I declined needed maintenance and performed an alignment anyways. I visited the Livingston rd location on 11/13/24 for an oil change, and to check the sensors for my tires because the tpms light was on (but the tires were full). I asked the man working behind the desk (he has been there for years) to also please check out why my engine light was on. I had seen your flyer that said "let us scan your check engine light for free "- so I was surprised when he said that was $100. I said what about the flyer and he said oh okay we can do that. Red flag right there. I leave my car and go home. Get a call from him saying that all 4 of my tire sensors are bad, and the cost to replace them is $79.99 EACH plus $107 EACH for labor. (I have the printout of this "recommended work". ) it came to $749.56-- before tax! I say no don't do it and I pick up my car. Drove straight to Walmart, where they found that only 2 of the sensors were bad. They charged me 28.88 per sensor for a total of $61.22 INCLUDING tax & labor. It took 10 minutes to install 2 sensors,and my tpms light is now off. I can't believe what Tire Choice tried to charge me. I have been a customer for many years and I've even recommended tire choice to my home watch clients. Never again will I come back and I will definitely tell anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic NOT to take their car here. That is shameful, trying to take advantage of people like that. Explained I needed to have my tire pressure checked and inspected. Employee looked at me blankly and said "we don't have anything available today." We took our truck to this location at 1130am today. I explained to the assistant manager I had a nail in the rear driver's side tire and needed fixed or replaced. The assistant manager looked at the rear driver's side tire 3 after leaving the counter and stated you might need a new tire for $300.00. I said that was ok to replace it and we would go next door to have lunch at Jason's deli and to call us when it was ready for pick up. The assistant manager said it might be an hour. I stated that was fine. Approximately 1.5 hrs later the assistant manager called and asked " why did you bring your truck in"? I said the Left rear driver side tire was flat this morning and needed repair or replaced. The assistant manager stated he recalled and would call me when it was ready for pick up. We waited another 2 hours with no calls. We returned to the shop to find our truck in the front of the store. We checked the driver's rear side tire and noticed the same tire on the vehicle with the nail in the tire. We went inside to confront the assailant manager at which time notified us we were ready to go. I asked why they didn't replace the driver side rear tire. He stated they did but placed it on the front. How can a assistant manager be so incompetent when dealing with vehicle safety. This assistant manager walked out and went home leaving the transition to fix his mess. We fortunately took photos before and after of our disastrous day at tire choice. In conclusion.... Our experience with this shop was very disappointing. Not only was the service dubious, they were less than responsive. It took 30 minutes to get air in her tire! They told my wife that her tire could not be repaired and had to be replaced. The tire was ordered and no one called to say if the tire had arrived. Three calls later, we were informed that the tire was in. When the tire was installed and she paid the bill. When she got home, we noticed that she had been charged $110. for a wheel alignment which we never authorized or were informed about. When I called they fessed up to her not having authorized the work. This begs two questions: 1. Were the taking advantage of a female customer who was less than knowledgeable? 2. Sheer luck that my lowbeam bulb dies in my 2015 Elantra headlight in the midsts of season here in Naples. Five YouTube videos later, I knew I was going to need to call in the professionals opposed to pull out components on my own. After dialing five shops between North Naples and Bonita, Paul with Tire Choice answered my call. When I arrived on time he said "Sorry, we can't do it the way we promised, but we can do it our (more expensive) way. I told them that was not what was promised. Wife baby-sits for our 10 month old grand daughter, had to put her in car seat, and take her with to follow me. Get to store and tech is on phone with customer, for almost 10 minutes. No recognition that I am standing there all this time. Only good thing he did was talk the customer on phone into taking vehicle to dealer. He looks like he's bothered by my presence, and says what do you need. Real professional! I hand him my paperwork for the tires and service that I scheduled. I scheduled an appointment to have two new front tires and a wheel alignment. I scheduled the appointment one week in advance and showed up at the exact time. I was told it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I patiently waited and after 2 1/2 hours my car had not been touched. What's the point pf making an appointment? I left and will not return. This place was my go to for auto repair for years,I was surprised to see so many new faces on my last visit. I inquired about the change and was told there was a change and the former employees left and some were fired. ( A shame as they always did a good job & were fair.) I came in for an oil change & tire repair, I had coupon for a 14.95 oil change. The tire wasn't flat or leaking air it just had a screw in it. upon checking out I was surprised to see my bill was $66.83 (That must have been some tire repair. After leaving I noticed my AC was on full blast and set at the lowest setting ,below 66. Also I noticed the gas gauge was on 3/4 of a tank, I filled my tank just before going to Tire Choice. I've gone here twice because apparently I have the tendency to drive over nails...the first time I went I was relieved to know that they could fix the tire at a reasonable price and the second time I wasn't so lucky and had to replace the tire and ended buying a whole new set because it was about time for new ones anyway. They're very accommodating and I have always been able to make an appointment fairly easy with little notice. They seem to work fairly quickly and I've been happy with their service. I took my car to the Central Ave Naples Fl location to have several items serviced. They replaced the battery but blew the in-radio fuse and returned the car to me without fixing this. My wiper sprayer wasn't working and I also had to bring the car in several times for them to fix it properly. I was quoted one price but ended up paying much more (over $500) to have the washer sprayer fixed. They initially said it needed a new reservoir, then they said I needed new nozzles, then new hoses and they cracked a tee connector. They kept the car about 2 weeks in total and it was never ready when they said it would be. I don't believe their mechanics are competent and would not recommend them for any service issues. read more

Took my daughters car here to see if they could find slow leak. My wife and I waited for approximately 30 minutes and asked them what they found. They found the leak and checked all four tires and rotated. Also recommended getting brake pads checked at next oil change. Then I asked about my bill. No Charge!!! FIX A FLAT OR BLOWOUT! I don't think these guys liked me! I found them online when I was going to buy my a tire on line. Tirerack.com had them listed as an installer. I decided to give them a chance to match or beat the price. When I told them the price I got, they told me that they couldn't do it. Then they tried to move me to another tire and charge me more money. I told them I would just order from online. They then told me, "We'll it's gonna cost you shipping!" I told them that it was free shipping. Again they weren't happy. They also tried to tell me that the tire online would be bad. It wasn't!!! So I ordered the tire online and came back here for them to install it. It was only $25 for them to put my new tire on. There was no customer service here. The staff wanted me to spend more money then I had to. They tried to put fear in me from ordering on line. They also tried moving me to a more expensive tire. Personally I think they shouldn't even be on Tirerack.com's website. They shouldn't advertise on there to change your tire and then give you a hard time when you actually want to use the offer. read more

I took my car in to have them look at one of the tires that I believed was making my car shake at slow speeds. I had great customer service initially--the manager, Kevin, was attentive and made sure to contact me promptly when the tire and rim I needed arrived at thier shop. I was told that the service would take about 2-3 hours. It was a busy Saturday so that was understandable and expected. When it took over 5 hours, I didn't complain; I had had someone pick me up when I dropped off my car and time flew anyway. The solution they proposed--and the one I paid for--didn't resolve the issue I was having. So I called and asked if they could take a quick look at it. I've been told to come in twice now and mysteriously they haven't been able to "squeeze" me in when I've shown up. I'd hate to think that this is just another dodgy car maintenance shop, but I'm starting to think it is. read more

I would NEVER recommend someone take their car to this establishment. I went here for a tire and they were actually helpful. However, I went for an oil change and they told me I really needed new front brake pads and insisted I have my brake lines flushed (on my 2014 Acura RDX). After sitting there for 2.5 hours I was told that I was all set and had the right/best brake pads on my vehicle. After a few days my rims had turned COMPLETELY black and my vehicle was making a horrible whistling noise (louder than a school bus) when I was coming to a stop. I went back not once but TWICE to have this issue fixed. The first time (after 2.5 hours) they said that they smoothed my rotors out and I should be good to go. Not the case. Went back again they said I needed new rotors (why wasn't that the case the first time around when I got new brake pads?) They told me they resurfaced my rotors once again and it should be fixed. Again, no it was not fixed, if anything the issue was worse. After asking for a refund they said absolutely not. I obviously never want this place touching my vehicle again so I found a REAL mechanic who doesn't just insist on unnecessary services to make a quick profit. My mechanic found that the cheapest brake pads possible (and not ceramic like my car calls for) were put on my car without the proper lubrication, which is causing all of these issues and NO I did NOT need new rotors. I now had to pay the proper mechanic $180 (still cheaper than what I paid The Tire Choice) to fix the problem that The Tire Choice caused after I had spent $335 for them to essentially slap the cheapest brake pads (not ceramic like my car called for and like they told me they used) on my car, flush my brake lines and send me on my way. This establishment is unprofessional and was actually very rude (they said "they told me I needed new rotors" and "thank you for NOT understanding") and they were almost annoyed that I kept coming back with the SAME ISSUES that were caused by them! I am annoyed that I wasted $335 on them making my car worse. I'm sure the Better Business Bureau will love this one. read more

I came in because I had a screw stuck in my tire. Gary could tell that I was limited on time and that I needed to be in and out. He took my information and quoted me an hour. I walked down the plaza to grab lunch and he called me 5 minutes later letting me know the the screw was very short and had not penetrated the tire. They didn't charge me and I was out of there in 10 minutes. This is all very important because besides Gary's keen customer service, they were honest and didn't charge me even though I wouldn't have know either way. Honesty and customer service rank high in my book. Give these guys a try, they certainly have morals - which is a rarity these days. read more

Do not go near Tire Choice at 2800 Immokalee Road, Naples FL. After receiving an estimate of $214.14 to replace my car's battery and an assurance that the appropriate battery was available for immediate installation a service person drove my car into their work area. After waiting a full hour I was told that they couldn't fit the DUHP 40R battery in the space allocated for such a battery. As my current battery had to be jumped to start my car I was not going anywhere until a new battery was installed. The service person suggested I drive my car to Wallmart to purchase a battery to bring back to Tire Choice for installation, which would not be installed until the next day because the store was closing in 15 minutes. So I ask you is this the honesty, expertise and professionalism that would give you confidence in their workmanship? I do not think so. read more

Just a forewarning if you take 4 wheels and tires in to be mounted/balanced. Went here as it's close to my house and open on Sundays. Took 4 wheels in with old tires on, and 4 brand new tires (from discount tire) in to have the old tires taken off and new mail order ones put on. 4 new valve stems $51.96, these are $2 a piece on rock auto, I verified they did not replace the sensors at this price. 4 wheels balanced $79.96 4 tires unmounted/mounted $60 4 tire recycling fee $16 Shop supply fee $9.59 Tax $13.05 Total=$230.56 I agreed to this price before saying yes, but then realized it was probably a bit excessive. I asked for a discount after questioning the charges. I emailed customer service and their "offer" was to shop around and get a quote for them to match. I feel that's a waste of my time and the other shops that I have no intention of doing business with. I took the wheels in very clean and got them back with grease all over them. Also chipped the paint in 3 places. I know it's tough not to mark the wheels up when replacing tires, but for this price I expected them back clean with no damage. read more
