Tony is the main reason I come here. A good guy to the core who will help you and get good pricing. Ive watched in awe as he multi-tasks phone calls and multiple people with calm and ease. Super impressive. I've also seen some a-holes being a-holes around Tony and he doesn't tolerate it- just another reason to love him. Called Tire Depot, asked about tirerack.com shipping to them. Tony offered to beat the price, he did. Came in a little later, he then knocked $20 off the price again. The place was packed and I was still in and out within 20 minutes. Stand up staff, no questions asked but all questions answered kinda place. Won't sell you more than you need, and if they make a mistake (which happens!) they'll make it right. What more do you want at this point? Go get some freaking TIRES lol! read more

Tony is the BEST - I bought 4 brand new tires in October and proceeded to run over a branch. It was unfixable due to being on the side wall of the tire. Best news.....tire is covered by a one year road hazard warranty. Getting a new FREE tire. What started as an awful morning turned out to be quite a nice day!! Thanks again Tony. Thank you Tire Depot for some excellent service today! I bought a set of tires from you this past November. It was a crazy day for you with all the people that waited until the day before the first major storm of the year was being predicted. Despite the extreme demand for their services the crew was helping customers to the ultimate level. Today was not as crazy for them as it was on that day but it was for me because I was riding on a donut after an unfortunate incident with a very large piece of metal on the highway. Not only did they give me a good deal on my fifth tire from them in as many months but they went above and beyond the call of duty by cleaning up the mess in my trunk that was a result of this unfortunate incident. The owner is the nicest guy! And service is typically quick and affordable. His assistant in the office has a bad attitude though.

Don't ask them to price match competitors. Not only do they not, they get offended and tell you to go to the competitors. So much for keeping business in town. Too bad, I've purchase many times from Tony. read more

If you follow the address on your GPS (16 John Ave), you'll miss it! But go to the next block over (Missal Ave) & look for the tiny "hut" set back from the road & you'll get a friendly greeting & great service. I was there on a particularly busy weekday between Christmas & New Year's & they managed to impress me with their efficiency & excellent customer service skills. Tony (I'm guessing the owner or manager) was calm & attentive, and managed a constant stream of customers. The waiting area is very basic, & abut small at least for the amount of customers that were there with me. The staff stayed late to serve everyone who had come in until about 1/2 hour of closing (5pm on. Wednesdays). I had called around for quotes before deciding on Tire Depot - they even beat my warehouse club's price for comparable tires. I highly recommend this tire shop for value, customer service, & efficiency. Tire Depot is definitely our family's new place for tires. read more

Sorry Tony, but I'm taking my future business to Town Fair Tire. All I needed was a 5 minute valve replacement and you should've honored your hours as posted on the internet. It was 3:00 p.m. on Saturday but apparently you close at "2:00" p.m. and not 4:00 p.m. as noted on the internet, even though you had two other customers when I came in with wheel in hand. Had to get a tire switched to a new rim I purchased to replace a damaged one. They were great in getting the tire mounted and the TPMS sensor installed properly. I just showed up and they did it immediately even though the place was packed with customers. I use them all of the time when I need tires mounted and balanced. They have the best prices and do it right the first time. Maybe that is why it is always packed with customers any time of the day. Excellent customer service!!
