My husband left my Jeep to have the tires rotated since we purchased the tires from this location. He had the foresight to mark the tire with a marker. When he went to pick it up, he was presented with a work order stating that the rotation had been done. The mark on the tire was still where my husband marked it. They did nothing! Usually get my tires and other car repair services done here for years but never again. They've tightened the lug nuts so tight. I broke 2 tire wrenches trying to get it off and it still won't budge. Call the shop to try and get some help and I just get the run around. If im in an emergency situation and need to put my spare on how am I supposed to do that if I can't get the old tire off. Spending money I really do not have with the cost of living, and helping me out with a basic every day vehicle is needed. All I can say was they were nice, helpful, I can take their since of humor, professional when needed, and vehicle is running well and pick up with no damages. Lauren and Jason are the two that helped me most of the time, but all of the staff was friendly. I went in with very little idea of what I wanted, but with what I did know, they put everything together for me and worked with me until I found exactly what I wanted. My tires came in three days later, and I was told they could get me in right away to put them on. The estimated time, which was exactly what it took, was 2.5 hours. I've been a tire discounters customer for about 12 years, and have absolutely loved the company. I recently moved to TN and made an appointment here to get my tires rotated and balanced and to find out why I had a slow leak in one of my tires (I assumed I had a nail and needed a patch) They squeezed me in at the end of the day, and when they came back out they started telling me I needed 4 new tires... to replaced the 4 tires I had bought barely a year earlier in Ohio and which should be under warranty. When they realized I wasn't just going to buy 4 new tires they basically started brushing me off. Apparently the bead started leaking on the rim, when I asked what I could do they said "just keep dumping bead sealant in it" and ignored my questions about their warranty. When they did give me my jeep back, they hadn't rotated or balanced the tires either. I've never been disappointed with tire discounter's service before, but I absolutely will not be back to this location. read more

One of the mechanics that was working on my daughters tires, understandably, had grease and dirt all over his hands and close, when he pulled my daughters car around to the front when he finished the work, he majorly left grease and dirt all over her steering wheel, upholstery on her door, her seat, and the floorboard mat ! needless to say I was p***** off ! What an id*** !! I went in and complained, and rightly so, and the store manager and another employee, came out and cleaned the mess up as best they could and apologized. I found my self in front of this store as I got a screw in my tire right in the middle of my "Los Angeles to Florida" trip. Not going to lie, I felt vulnerable and I was waiting on a massive bill. That's when I met Xavier. He was the nicest person ever. He had a genuine smile on the whole time and could not be more helpful. Seventeen minutes later he shows up with my keys telling me that I was all set. Tire was patched and I was free to go. No bill, no wait, no upsale, no bs. I was blown away. (There was also another guy, African-American kid. I think his name was Mike. He deserves an honorable mention for the way he was treating his customer. Stopped in for a "squeaky break". Got a call back telling me my calipers were sticking and it would be $800 to fix them. Went to AutoZone and spent $1.87 on some break lubricant. Spent 30 minutes taking the front tires off and applying the lubricant... No more squeak. Also noticed that they didn't even take the wheels off my truck to fully inspect my breaks. read more

Looking into the garage itself, you never see anyone moving or working with any sense of urgency.
